Back in October I called to order pizza from here. I was informed over the phone that they do not do take out orders. No problem, we decided to go in and order. When we got there we looked at the menu and decided what we were going to order. When we approached the counter the gentleman behind the counter asked we wanted. I was going to inform him of the 3 pizzas we were going to order, he cut me off mid sentence and asked what kind of crust we wanted and when I told him for the first one he walked off, rolled his eyes and didn't say anything, came back, threw the crust on the countertop and asked what else we wanted. When I informed him of the 2nd one he did the same thing. I decided that I didn't want this pizza that bad and when he came back let him know that we would not be ordering and we left. I cannot believe how rude he was. We will not be going back. On the other hand we went to another place and had the best pizza and this other place is now our go to for good service and great food!

I arrived here at 8:30 p.m. after driving across town, to find that the business hours online are incorrect. After sitting in the parking lot to find something else to eat, not minding the online hours, two teenage employees come out the store laughing and said, “we closed early because we wanted to go home.” What?! The business hours should be properly displayed both online and and the doors of the business in question. Your online Google listing shows a close time of 10 pm. Obviously there is a miscommunication here, and sometimes Google listings are incorrect, but employees saying things like that are not a good representation of good business or service.

Came into Pie 5 tonight at the last minute for a surprise birthday party. I have to give a HUGE shout out to the crew that was working tonight because they handled the crowd of 45-50 people professionally and quickly. The service was excellent as was the food! The crew was AMAZING in how quickly they got everyone's orders out without losing quality. They even gave us plates for cake!!! Thanks Pie 5!!!

This is a nice place, friendly and inviting. Pretty much like any other build your own pizza place (MOD). Also have some desserts and sides!

Most important thing about pizza is its dough and souce. With 'pie five' the base was already dried and souce is more sour. Couldn't get even ordinary taste of Pizza here...

Stopped at this location because they offered Vegan options. We ordered the Farmers Market and were very pleased. If you "check in" on Yelp you are offered a $5 pizza IF ordering the 11" size only. Thin crust pizza was very tasty. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Cashier was friendly. Would have preferred a little better welcome when entering however. This is our first visit and the pizza maker was our first contact. He seemed either quiet and shy or perhaps unhappy. Smiling faces are preferred. I will return however for the good food.

Dude!! We're traveling and this place seemed to be comparable to another pizza joint we like back home. I ordered the Margherita Pizza with extra basil and my daughter ordered a pizza with basil on it too. My hubby swings by our table and there's no basil on it...at all. Turns out they don't have basil and proceeded to not once...but twice omit the ingredient without saying a thing. They offered pesto sauce, that's what's drizzled on the kids pizza. The pizza crust was the "artisan thin" and reminded me of a flavorless cracker. The pizza was alright, nothing to write home about. The dining area was a bit messy and after a little rush of customers, I watched the employees come over to the fountain drink machine and proceed to get refills without touching the messy tables. Not impressed, I would definitely recommend the manager or owner check out who was working 11/25/19 at 6:26 pm. Lots of coaching opportunities. Also, the grease trap is overflowing...trust me, I know the smell. Something redeeming about the experience is that they are currently playing Cake.
Simple, fast, good pizza when you want something slightly fancier than football game pizza. You can sit down and eat there without a big production. Staff at the counter was efficient and friendly. What more can I want?

I placed a pickup order online 2 hours earlier than I needed the pizza. I arrived at the right time and the person had not made them yet. Also online ordering through the app said that the location did not do online ordering. On the receipt it says that they want to hear from you, but the survey link is disabled.

I just drove into town got my hotel room, looked at the clock and saw that Pie Five was going to close within 15 min. I saw they were cleaning up and getting ready to put ingredients away and I hate to walk into a restaurant when it’s close to closing time I always feel bad and would hate to be an employee if that was me. I peeked my head in and got waved in and told it was no problem and I can hear it was genuine asked for a pizza and also got a fresh batch of cinnamon sticks made. I was going to talk to management about the great service I received but Gavin the gentleman that helped me was the manager and it was his first night closing and told me of how Murphy’s law was definitely in play tonight for his shift. Even with everything going bad and it being a tough night it did not show. For Gavin alone I can imagine how the rest of the staff are and I’m definitely returning. Great job Gavin
