The pizza at the Riverside Drive location is very inconsistent. The first time we ordered pizza, it was perfect, with the extra sauce that we ordered. The last two times we have ordered pizza from this location, there was no evidence of extra sauce. I’m just not sure if we will order again from this location, maybe we will go pick up on Ft. Campbell Blvd.

Another Perfect Order. It's a holiday and it's freezing and Pizza hut was awesome. They did not have any heat in the building, it was cold. But they still had a warming attitude. They take pride in their work. The food was hot, fresh and fabulous. I love this particular Pizza hut and their employees.
This pan pizza is a shell of it's original quality and goodness change the recipe back this isn't the delicious pan pizza I remember at all the crust is thinner these days the sauce and the cheese no where near as good as it once was. Disappointed....

What's the point of calling the store for any reason if they do not direct you to the store? It's extremely frustrating.Vegetarian options: Eat the meat
Takes longer to order than to cook. Web site doesn't work. Call center is inept so by the time you get to the store if you want to make a complaint you get called rude and hung up on! Apparently since covid if a place is busy you are not entitled to customer service or quality for your money. Worst customer service ever!

My food was absolutely amazing and cooked just how I wanted. It came in a timely manner. The thing that completely appalled me was the acts of my delivery driver. My dog was sitting at my window watching him come up and my window was open. My dog sat there and did his little rumble and just watched him walk up. He wasn’t barking or acting out. This man decided he was going to bark at my dog. I yelled out to not antagonize my dog. My dog then threw a fit and started barking and running around. As I opened my door he didn’t say anything and just said “it wasn’t my fault”. Overall ruined my mood. He was short on the heavier side and wore glasses. Hopefully he won’t do that to anyone else.
