Irritated because I saw a special for $2 a Tuesdays for the personal sized pizzas. I called the closest location to me. A gentleman by the name of Aiden picked up the phone while holding a side conversation with another man for a little over a minute before he addressed me on the phone. I asked about the special. He stayed quiet on the phone. Proceeded to tell me he's not sure which ones are doing it. I said I'm asking about the location I called. He asked me which location I called. I told him I called the Wilma Rudolph location. He asked for the zip. Told me they weren't doing the special. I go online, they are indeed doing the special. I go to pick up my order. Guess who's at the cashier. Aiden. Quit if you don't want to do your job properly bro. Your entitlement is showing.

Ordered food via Uber Eats and it was immediately canceled. It wouldn't be a problem if the money credited back immediately or given a courtesy of picking up the order if they felt 2 miles away is too much. I will never order from this location again. I've been a pizza delivery Driver several times and we've NEVER denied or canceled an order- even if it meant staying over closing time.

We ordered for pick up an hour and a half before the pickup time. Got to the store and waited 15 minutes after the pickup time for them to realize they didn't have it ready. Typing this 25 minutes after our pickup time and still have no food. No apologies and no accountability.
Received food after 45 minutes with a refund. Not worth the time.

Went after a rough day. Quiet and dark, ordered..and from that point on everything was AWESOME!!! Gavin was extraordinary. Pizza was hot fresh and he made sure everything was great.

Guy working was really nice but the entire store was disgusting all the floors were sticky only one table wasn't gross and sticky covered with gunk even the window had some film on them so bad it was hard to see out of them. This place has really gone down hill this will be our last time eating here or ordering out from here because if it is this bad where the customers are I can only imagine how bad the kitchen is.

If I could give 0 I would. The last two times I've ordered its been hours late and the pizzas have been smashed like they were droped and thrown around in the box , for 50 plus on pizza you cant even eat. Not worth it

By far the worst pizza hut I have ever seen. It stinks as soon as you walk in. Door-dashers (me) are waiting 20 plus minutes because workers want to play, go outside, and chill on their phone instead of taking care of business first. I wouldn’t dare order from here and dashers I wouldn’t accept any orders from this store either.
Personal pan pizzas for 2 bucks... Hard 2 believe in these days & times. Food was good and cheap. That's automatic 5 stars from me everytime.
