Never received my delivery, I would like a full refund. I ordered through pizzahut, and I was given an eta. OK, cool, after the timeframe, I get a message stating it has been given to their delivery partner (DOORDASH) 🙄. The new updated delivery changed from 9:36 to 10:01. My order was assigned 3 different times with 3 different drivers. Andrew T was the first driver Brittney P was the 2nd driver, and the 3rd driver was Amber P the only driver that reached out and gave me details and updates about the order and literally texted me and said " pizza hut said my order had already been picked up" but I've never received it. Pizza Hut, I'm simple to please it doesn't take much, but what I don't understand is when I made my order with you all and through you all, you all should have delivered my food, Period! If you have no driver's available then someone should reach out to the customer and see if they would like a 3rd party service to handle their order because as you see we (customers) don't receive our food. Give us an option to either get it delivered or our FULL REFUND BACK! IM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND FOR THE FOOD I NEVER RECEIVED AND THE TIP WHICH BRINGS THE TOTAL TO $41.41, THANK YOU KINDLY. I've called this store several times tonight with no answer, another issue that I have with this location. Rectify this issue, please.

I placed an order through the Pizza Hut app when I was staying at a nearby hotel.That said, I expected a Pizza Hut employee to deliver, but of course they decided to outsource and used DoorDash. The DoorDash driver apparently picked up my order and took it for himself because he didn’t feel like delivering it to me. That said, I called the Pizza Hut And spoke with the general manager, DeMarcus. He apologized for this inconvenience and told me to call back if it doesn’t arrive within the next 20 minutes. I did just that, and he said that he refunded my order and went on to add a free pizza on the Pizza Hut app for me. That was about two or three days ago now, and that pending transaction went through, which means he lied and didn’t even bother to cancel my order. Also, no free pizza on my app. Time to try out Papa Johns instead.
Ordered 3 pizzas with light sauce, all three were dripping with sauce. Ordered cheese sticks, they were completely undercooked. Do better 🤷🏼♀️

They don't follow their posted hours, I tries to walk in to get a carryout an hour before the posted hours shows their lobby closes and the doors were locked. As for the food it's pretty hit or miss, the first time I ate from here it wasn't busy but the lady at the front was rushing me while I figured out my order and I ended up getting food poisoning.

Extremely disappointed with our first order from this location. While our other pizza and breadsticks were typical middling Hut quality this pizza was in complete shambles. It was like eating pizza toppings melted over a wad of crushed up white bread, barely held together. Absolutely unacceptable to send to a customer. The only reason im giving 2 stars over 1 is because the rest of our order was fine and since its our first order i cant say if this was a one off issue or their norm.

First time trying out this location. 3 of the 4 items ordered were made incorrectly. Specifically asked for no onions on two pizzas due to a food allergy. Both pizzas came with onions. Unfortunately, this was not noticed until we got home with order. First mistake, don't pick up through drive thru. Wasn't able to check before leaving. Ordered mild boneless wings because, yes, I'm a pansy... wings were coated with a sauce so spicy that they were inedible.
Finally... the breadsticks were dripping with grease
Very doubtful that I will go back to this location.

I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch Melt, Pan Meat pizza, Stuff crust Hawaiian Delight pizza, 2 Stuff crust cheese pizzas. The total came to over &76. The crust was not cooked all the way and the cheese was still chunky on the pizza. I was very disappointed in these pizzas!!
