Haven't had a Pizza Hut Meatlovers Pan pizza in years. Went and picked one up, with an order of breadsticks. Got back to the house, taste buds set for a Meatlovers, open box to a Supreme. Breadsticks sucked too.

This is the Hut box my son ordered, do you notice there is no cheese?? When I brought it back at first they wouldn't give me a refund, cash or it back on my card. Then they said they ran out of personal pans, management was new as to the reason I could not get a refund. I asked for receipt and the guy handed it to me without food or refundhe said well I figured since your calling corporate they will refund your money- they did offer a credit- why exactly would I come back after such a gross error like no cheese on my pizza. I ended up with cash refund....this is the example of poor customer service..please don't even waste your time!!

Order for delivery. Total was 84.57. Was missing some of my order. Was told they couldn't send the driver back out due to it being superbowl sunday. Offered a credit no refund. Had to dispute the charge with my bank. Won't be ordering from them again.

Tried to place an order online, and noticed that it took off multiple items, bundled and individual. Called to ask if the item was unavailable because my phone has done this to me before. The employee answered the phone sarcastically and when I asked the question, she said with an attitude “we don’t have any, it is the 8th the day before the Super Bowl “ and before I had a chance to ask anything else, she hung up in my face. I guess customer service can’t be taught. Thank god, I’m working on myself. This was January 8 around 9:20 pm.
Walked in 7 mins before I was even acknowledged even tho older gentleman saw me then 2 ppl came out from around the corner taking it was an office and was finally helped mind you I was the only person in there not like they were busy

Waited over 15 minutes for a doordash order that I was delivering. Not great. I recommend skipping this place unless there's a good tip involved.

Customer service was rather poor. The lady at the desk seemed rather uninterested in helping me. I asked if they had any specials, and she said no, however the windows were covered with deals. She gave me my order and did not say thank you. Yeah, I will not be returning.

Ordered two medium pizza’s one was supreme and the other double pepperoni and order of cheese sticks..Not enough marinara sauce for the sticks and no sauce on my double pepperoni..will not be ordering from there again! Two high of price for the food should be better quality!!
So this Pizza Hut is usually really good but tonight made me feel like I won't be back to this location for a long time. Underneath one of our pizzas there was several pieces of smooshed pineapple and other veggies. It was a cheese pizza. The box almost seemed used?? And then with our cinnamon sticks it came with a container of icing that also looked used and was only half full and already had cinnamon crumbs in it. Kind of gross.
