Ordered Pizza Hut for the family, and it was a huge letdown. The meat on the Meat Lover’s pizza had a strange taste and made me very sick. My daughter’s pizza was missing the green olives we specifically ordered, and my son’s pizza was extra doughy and undercooked. Needless to say, this was an awful experience, and I won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

I rarely ever write reviews that are negative unless its a pattern or a big issue.
The last three times ive ordered, my order has been messed up. The first time my wings wasn’t what i ordered and didnt add the correct amount of sauce packets that i paid for. Second time there wasnt any sauce packets. This third time i was given a completely different type of sauce.
This is the only pizza hut that i have ever had issues with. I only buy two items, wings and additional sauce packets. Two items guys, its only two items…. How hard is it to get this right?

My order didn't show up so I called the store, the employee who picked up had a attitude instantly started yelling and said they never had my order, I gave them my name and number they said they didnt have a order under that so i was trying to tell them my order number but they refused to hear the order number and kept saying there was no order this all happened within 5 seconds. Then they claimed to be a supervisor. I don't believe this was a supervisor having a attitude and yelling at me within 5 seconds of the conversation. Very rude and will never order from this location again. I read other reviews and now know others had the same experience. Whoever the worker was supervisor or employee should not be in any customer service position yelling at people and getting a attitude.

That feels deliberate. Thanks for messing up our halloween tradition dinner.

Would never order from here!!! I was traveling Monday approx. 5-6 pm. 10/14/24 in RV and stopped in Clarksville, TN for night. I phoned in a pickup order for 2 medium pizza's at the Tiny Town Rd. Location. I tried to leave and My vehicle wouldn’t start, had a dead battery. I called the location and asked did they offer a delivery, she said yes. I told her I was just down the road in RV park( approx 3 mi). The young lady said she would need to ask her manager if they could. She came back on phone and said they could for $40.00. I told her she was going to charge me $40.00 for my $19.00 pizza order, then she could keep the pizza’s. I have never paid such a huge delivery charge, I suppose they didn’t need my business.

I ordered a pizza for pickup at 2:20. When I arrived at the window, and after waiting several minutes, a woman came to the window. I gave her my name and with a poorly executed surprised look on her face she asked me if I sent someone to pick up the order. She then gave me a story that someone had just come and gotten it, that the person asked her how she knew he was the right person and took the order. Her response to him was that he was her only order. After verifying my phone number on the order she said that the man paid cash and told her to keep the change. I then replaced the order and had to wait additionally until my order was made.
The idea that a stranger came, gave my name and picked up my order minutes before I came is ridiculous enough. The idea that I was supposed to believe the story is more ridiculous. I don't know whether the order was not started and she did not want to admit, or it is an unclever way to try and boost revenue. Regardless, the location isn't bad in terms of taste and relative efficiency. If you must order from this location I would advise not to prepay.
