This location has some major problems. They took my money but never gave me any pizza. I see from the other reviews there are problems with theft.

I just had the worst experience of my life going into this Pizza Hut to pick up my order. The lady Carla is so loud and disrespectful.. All I did was ask her a question And she proceeds to get loud. they had me drive all the way across town saying my order would be ready in 30 minutes and then when I get there, they told me it’ll be an additional 30 minutes for me to wait. I was pissed and the fact that she screamed in front of my daughter, made me furious 😡. I will never come back to this place again. And she needs to be fired. She was very unprofessional

I had a pizza delivered by DoorDash without a seal on the box. The dasher handed it to me like it had just been opened. I called the store and after explaining what happened I was hung up on. I called back and no answer

Ordered and paid for one thing, received something different. Was told essentially all pizza is the same and they are under no obligation to call and inform or ask if we want an alternate order instead of they don’t have or stopped selling what we ordered. In this case said they stopped selling it but still advertise it on the App. Paid for delivery. Was told only way to get a refund was to drive the pizza back, which wasn’t possible at the moment. Manager was pretty rude. No customer service, no apology, acted like it was fine for false advertising and giving me a completely different order vs what I paid for. Terrible.

This location was drive-thru only. The young lady at the window was pleasant and helpful in my choices. I hadn't had Pizza Hut in quite a long time, and I was craving some as another named place here in Clarksville did me terribly wrong as they did not have deep pan pizza. This pizza that I had today was sooooo good to me!

Would be 0 stars if I could! Ordered well done wings, got home and bit into 3 undercooked wings (pink/purple) on the inside, so I called very polite and said “I asked for cooked twice wings but they’re not done” she (manager) went off about “I TRY NOT TO DO THIS WITH YALL, but bring ‘em back I’ll cook em the full 14 minutes, you not gone want em and I ain’t refunding for them cause it ain’t gone be no chicken left on em” with a nasty attitude! I’ve been going here 8 years and as of 2 years ago it has gotten awful! She’s been there!!

What a joke. Ordered the “new” cheesy bites pizza and thin crust pepperoni. Sad that the advertisement on tv says, you get three different kinds of sauce w/ the cheesy bites. Marinara only came w/ it. And.. the thin crust was Not tasteful. Pizza overall was old looking cold and dry to taste. Never will we order from Pizza Hut again.
Ordered Pizza Hut for the family, and it was a huge letdown. The meat on the Meat Lover’s pizza had a strange taste and made me very sick. My daughter’s pizza was missing the green olives we specifically ordered, and my son’s pizza was extra doughy and undercooked. Needless to say, this was an awful experience, and I won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

I rarely ever write reviews that are negative unless its a pattern or a big issue.
The last three times ive ordered, my order has been messed up. The first time my wings wasn’t what i ordered and didnt add the correct amount of sauce packets that i paid for. Second time there wasnt any sauce packets. This third time i was given a completely different type of sauce.
This is the only pizza hut that i have ever had issues with. I only buy two items, wings and additional sauce packets. Two items guys, its only two items…. How hard is it to get this right?

My order didn't show up so I called the store, the employee who picked up had a attitude instantly started yelling and said they never had my order, I gave them my name and number they said they didnt have a order under that so i was trying to tell them my order number but they refused to hear the order number and kept saying there was no order this all happened within 5 seconds. Then they claimed to be a supervisor. I don't believe this was a supervisor having a attitude and yelling at me within 5 seconds of the conversation. Very rude and will never order from this location again. I read other reviews and now know others had the same experience. Whoever the worker was supervisor or employee should not be in any customer service position yelling at people and getting a attitude.
