We have ordered from this store for years however current management has ruined this store. The last two experiences here the staff were rude, short, and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this store.

I ordered via telephone a 12 piece lemon pepper traditional wing all drums for delivery. On the phone the lady said the delivery person doesn't take 100 dollar bills, nor would they have change for it either. The delivery person arrived, didn't have for my 50.00 bill, I asked a family if they had change, they gave me change. I then returned to the door with 30.00 and the delivery person says he doesn't have change for it, kept my 30 without giving me the option to tip if I wanted to. I look at my order and it had flats in it, so they basically made me pay for what I didn't want. I called the location immediately and they answered, I explained what happened, and then they left me on hold, phone hangs up, I call back now I can't get through because the location is now outside of their operating hours.

I wouldn’t give this place 1 star but I had no choice. My rating is ZERO STARS. Carla is the worst person to have as a “manager”. Very rude and arrogant. She cut me off several times and thought I was trying to scam them over pizza??!! First of all it took well over 1 hour and 30 minutes to even get our pizza.2. The pizza was stone cold and the cheese bread was awful. I’m just blown away at how this person has any kind of Managerial role.
The manager and “Ricardo” should be fired. They hung up in my face multiple times after not delivering the pizza I ordered. “Ricardo” got on the phone after asking to speak to the manager multiple times to defend himself. She refused to talk to us on the phone to resolve any type of issue. They are super unprofessional which I should’ve known by all the other bad reviews. Will let people know about this experience

These thieves stole over 500 from my account. The absolutely usesless general manager was extremely unprofessional and refused to make the situation right. When I asked how am I supposed to feed my family after you drained my acccount her answer was that its not her problem.

Me and my partner ordered a box from here, after working hours and waiting to eat. With our tummies rumbling and our taste buds full of hope, we headed home with our goodies. To my dismay, as soon as we arrived and opened our box, the pizza was completely incorrect! Not only that, but it was heavily undercooked. Unfortunately, after the drive home, the pizza hut had closed. What was supposed to be ours was thrust upon only me, and into our home oven first because it was raw. I'm not mad, just disappointed. And sad. Very sad.

Not apologetic at all when something goes wrong it's easy to see no training went into these workers I spoke to Zach tonight and "nothing was his fault" what happened to the days of I'm sorry this happened let me fix this for you or just a I'm sorry.
