Beware!!! Check every single little box before you leave the parking lot.... I can't believe they forgot to give me my biscuits. I died a little on the inside.

Old chicken that’s burnt.

Failed to give me what I ordered. I used a two can dine coupon, asked for tenders, the receipt said tenders, but had 5pc signature chicken in the box instead.

Drive through service is TERRIBLE! Don’t come to this location.

I usually don't have any issues, but the last couple times has been bad. This time I ordered the 9 piece meal for my family on the way home and their is only 4 pieces of chicken in the box. I'm 40-45 Minutes away so I wasn't going to drive all the way back. I guess I have to start double checking the order every time now.

I've always wondered why Popeyes never had a chicken sandwich on the menu and I dreamt of how good it would be if they did. Wowza, my dreams lived to me because reality just smacked the hell outta me, Lmao!!! Oooooooweeeeeeee, this chicken sandwich should be arrested for endangering my tastebuds to only wanna eat it and nothing else. This Louisiana boy approves 100%!

Always slow and the food is expensive.

As a Louisianan; it’s ok here at this location. Then again it might be on who’s serving at the time.

I ordered online, I got there and they pulled me to a spot as if it wasn't ready, waited 20 minutes, called the store to ask if I needed to just come inside, they finally brought it to me after another 5 minutes, no sauce, no utensils, and all the food was cold as if it was just sitting there for that 25 minutes while I watched everyone else get they orders right away

Worst Popeyes I've ever been to. A waste of $25. Cold food/old food.

If I could give this Popeyes a zero star, I would!!! I am not someone who writes reviews, but after last night, we are officially done with this Popeyes. We looked online to see that Popeyes was open until midnight so we decided to go get Popeyes. We pull up at 9:30 PM. We get there and they say oh we’re only serving DoorDash and on the app. OK cool we drive over go on the app it’s not working so we pull back around to say hey we tried to make an order online. It’s not working in. The lady goes OK rudely. We say OK can we make an order with you since the app isn’t working and she just goes no. My husband says ok so we can make an order then and all we hear is laughing so we drive up and at the window everyone is just standing around laughing right at us so we drive off. I can understand if someone had said hey we close at 10. We shut the kitchen down at 9:30 for cleaning. That would be fine, but we were met with rudeness and literally workers laughing in our face and someone just before us had ordered food so I don’t know why they chose us but that happened. Three other times that we’ve been through the drive-through we have had things happen, one time the people in front of us stopped got out of their car went to the window. They didn’t get their chicken, we get our food so I say stop let me make sure we have everything. We were missing our chicken as well. That has happened to us two times. One other time we paid for our food got our food immediately my husband is like oh they didn’t give me my card back drive-through to get the card. They say we don’t know what you’re talking about. We don’t have any card so right then and there we block his card so no one can use it. It’s unfortunate that we kept going back all of those times after all of this, but it’s the only Popeyes besides the one all the way on Wilma that’s right here in Clarksville, but after last night we’ve learned our lesson. Idk who yall hire but they aren’t nice people and aren’t service friendly at all. Again, I am not someone who writes reviews but when someone blatantly looks at me in the face and laughing instead of being professional and saying hey we’re closed, it just doesn’t sit right with you.

Ordered online and received notification that the order is ready. After waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes I finally was at the window to pick up my order. I was told that they do not have classic chicken because all their cooks quit. Then the was told I have to go online to get my refund. Still not sure how that works? Why even be open if you can't cook chicken?
