Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I’ve been to this popeyes quite a bit and without fail there’s always something wrong with my order. I came through the drive through today and spent 90 dollars to get food for people at my work and myself. I got all the right food ( kind of) but we waited 20 minutes for our food only for us to still have to walk in and get it when they were supposed to bring it out to us. When I get back to my office I see that they gave us all regular non spicy tenders when they were all supposed to be spicy besides one thing of tenders. then when we kept trying to call there to get our food right they never answered and we called about 12 times with no answer. their service sucks most of the time as well, rude people serving you and when they do get something messed up they seem to not care. I don’t recommend going to this popeyes.

Omg! Watch what yall are doing please!! I got blackened chicken strips and I swear to the gods yall got ghost pepper in them or something. I’ve never had them burn my mouth like this holy freaking crap!!! I’m burning up it hurts so bad……

Most of the staff out back smoking instead of taking orders when there was a bunch of people trying to order food and waiting for 30mins +

It was not a very great experience. I went to the drive-thru and felt rushed, and they were out of things. Then, I waited in the line for long to get my food. I ordered a spicy chicken strip and got regular. I ordered a frozen drink and got a regular ice lemonade. The food was not fresh and tasted like it had been sitting under the heaters for a while. The chicken was very chewy, and the fries were dried out and cold.

Updated to a one-star after reading a generic or A.I like response that everyone is getting and nothing is being done about the complaints. Do not go to this place they even cut corners on responding to concerned customers.

This was the saddest box of chicken I have ever received from Popeyes. Overcooked and extremely small pieces. Sauce requested was not sent.

Worst place to ever get fast food from. Rude customer service experience ever!! They missed a couple of items I ordered, the food was cold and tasted old, and the lady nearly tossed the bag at me dropping everything that was in my hand.

First off. went through the drive thru. ordered what we wanted. pulled around, paid, and got told to park to the right in a parking space. waited for in between 40-45minutes on the food. got it, was in a hurry to just get out of there. parked somewhere close and ate. the food was cold, way over cooked, as well as, they didn’t give me the sauce i asked for and was missing 2 biscuits. won’t eat here again. they’re rude also. you’ve lost a customer.

Only giving 1 star cuz I have to. This was the worse food I have ever gotten. It smelled like cigarettes and tasted like ash. I even had raw chicken. I will not be returning anytime soon.

I came in at 4:30pm on 6/21. First let me say, why yall have your poor employees dying with no AC on a 96° weather day. They were so kind even tho they were sweating to death. Yall did so good and communicated so well and took care of your customers. Food is always bomb. You guys are so amazing. I hope higher ups get your AC fixed. We were dying in your lobby and you offered a complimentary drink while we waited. Thank you. 10/10 customer service!
