Food has really gone down. Rubber shrimp, the mac cheese we got both times within the last month has been see through and cold with over cooked pasta.

Im super sad. I ordered a large fry and 6 ranches. I received a small fry and 4 ranches. I didn’t realize till I got home. They cheated me out of money. It’s sad people today can’t make a simple large fry and count the correct number of sauces.

Over 20 minutes from the time I walked in the door on multiple occasions during lunch is totally unacceptable, most people only get 30 minutes to eat no one behind the counter was in a hurry, and never enough chicken ready at the busiest time of day I seen three people turn around and leave on this visit alone!

Food really wasn’t that bad but the woman in the window around 3:00 on the 29th was extremely rude and was in what seems to be on her last straws I work at tacobell on Madison street making 1000 dollar hours and never have I been rude to someone just because it was alittle busy it’s yalls jobs its what y’all get paid for and for someone to be so rude especially in the window is beyond my comprehension costumers are paying y’all to get paid be more mindful of how y’all treat people and I was already late for work and had to wait 10 minutes on a chicken sandwich that’s not the problem tho yalls mouths is.

Had an online order for Taylor that was just a chicken sandwich, but it was a really damn good sandwich lol. I work in fast food as well so I understand food being rushed/using what you have, but everything about the sandwich was great, thick ass pickles, steaming hot chicken, it tasted very fresh. Whoever the cook is today, you're doing great

I went around 11pm to get some mac and cheese, and fries. The workers were very friendly and made my order fresh, aside from the top layer of cheese in my mac being burnt my order was great!

The food was fresh and good, if I had a small complaint it would be the fries were slightly undercooked. Overall good 👍

This was genuinely disgusting. greeted with “what do you want”. got the 6 wing 3 tender combo with traditional hot and the sauce was like grainy/powder. This was revolting. not coming back and would only recommend to stay away
