This is the definitely the definition of a dive bar. It’s a great atmosphere, the prices aren’t bad for the food or drinks. My only problem is the food was kinda anti-climatic. I understand it’s bar food style. Just felt like it was lacking overall flair or flavor

I'm partial to Rookies and the owners other establishment Scooters because I always get treated like royalty here. Great service, better people, and never a dull moment. Who can argue with that?! ☺

Rookies is an excellent local dive bar... And I don't mean dive in a bad way. If you're looking for a five star atmosphere, $20.00 specialty drinks, and an uptight clientele, then Rookies is not the place. However, If you like good, hard working people, being laid back, having fun without being bothered, and not spending your entire paycheck... Then stop by... You'll love it. Any negative reviews regarding the atmosphere tend to come from people looking for...
