Food was tasty salad bar is my favorite. Sevice was quick and accurate. The staff and manager were friendly. A great atmosphere for business meeting, celebration or just a quick meal.

Wish Ruby Tuesday had the excellent salad bar that made the brand stand out a few years ago. It’s a decent salad bar. I go there because salad bars are so rare now. This location was too lightly staffed but the crew hustled to make up for lack of help.

Ordered cheesesteaks and fries with fried mushrooms. It was GROSS.Tasted like oil hadn't been changed in yrs.cheese was not melted it was a horrible lunch !!!@

I went on a Saturday night, wasn’t too busy but I ordered pick up. I got a rib eye, medium rare with tator tots and shrimp. I also got the deconstructed kabobs. There were only 4 pieces of shrimp and they had entirely forgotten our tator tots. The ribeye was more well done then medium rare. But the deconstructed kabobs were actually good.
The staff was quite friendly but I made the mistake of leaving without checking all my items, but that shouldn’t have to be done when I ordered online and have the receipt.
For the price I paid, I would have expected better when it comes to the food.

Have always had wonderful experiences, always had great service, Til NOW!!! Andrea was the worst, slowest server EVER!!! Stop in before 12, Didn't get asked what we wanted to drinks for 20 min. Everything was slow. Finally left at 1:55. Meal was great.

I have eaten at a lot of Ruby Tuesday restaurants and this one has the cleanest, freshest and best selections of any that I’ve been to in the US
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I placed an order online for pick up. When I got there, the hostess was rude and short with me when telling me to "sign in." I've never had to sign in for a pick-up order in my life. Waited about 20 minutes past the time it said my order would be ready. When I finally got home with my order (mozzarella sticks, soup, burger, loaded baked potato), I realized they had completely forgotten my drink. They also forgot marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks, and they totally forgot all of my toppings for my LOADED baked potato. It gets worse. The food was crap. I'm not a picky eater in the slightest, but my food was all terrible. Mozzarella sticks were flavorless, soup was flavorless, AND a tiny portion, maybe half a cup. Burger was dry, and the potato was just a freaking potato no toppings. This is by far the WORST experience I've ever had with a restaurant, and I will never come back. I suggest going anywhere else, even the Arby's next door.

The salad bar looks good. I must have come on an off day. A few veggies didn't taste fresh or good. Overall I regretted my order. Next time I'll get the kabobs. Same price. Why is the salad bar so expensive anyway?
Edit: The owner wants me to come back and buy the kabobs. Lol

The food wasn't bad. They were taking a long time to serve, but they compensated free salad bar for the waiting. The pasta was a little dry, but it had a very good taste. The customer service was very good.
