While having lunch I came in contact with two team members I considered above and beyond position they worked in. Miles who attending the salad bar was very respectful, well spoken and diligent in performance of his duties. Ready for increased responsibility and praise. Alex was the waitress very cheerful friendly and professional very memorable experience great job.

I got rib eye steak alittle over cooked and alittle to much seasoning but this one of the best steaks I have had also got a baked potato I asked for not sour cream they gave me sour cream but they were super nice about it and I got my actual potato it was super yummy and delicious 10/10 would recommend

Was seated with wife ordered meals with additional salad bar. We ate salad bar and noticed people got served who came in after us. We asked where our food was and was told waitress forgot to put order in. We waited over a hour with no food and waitress answer was you can eat more salad bar. Got food and it looks pitiful picture of food was nice filets I got scraps of fish. UPDATE my wife called district manager and he apologized for the service and said if we come back she is to call him and he will make it right

Maybe they had to use a different grade of beef instead of raising the prices to an unaffordable bracket? I don’t know and this is just feedback, not a complaint. I ordered a T-bone to go and it was very tough. I ended up having to just cut it in tiny pieces and putting it in salad. I wasted my money ordering steak at Ruby Tuesday. But - everyone was nice and service was efficient.

Went in on Veterans Day because they advertised a free burger for Vets. Went to the bar, verified that the Ruby Burger was free for Vets and the bartender said yes so I ordered it and a drink. She later brought me my bill and I was charged for the burger. I asked her about it and she said she was sorry but it was just the salad bar that was free. Deceptive, dishonest, and I will never return the on principle! No wonder they are always empty!

Had fish and shrimp platter, endless salad bar and side chicken tenders. Fish was not to my liking but salad bar was delicious. Ruby Tuesday it’s time for a remodel though, carpet is so warn. Stands out the most.

Alex’s personality and attitude were excellent from the beginning. She set a great example of what customer service Is all about. She took.very good care of us. I love Ruby Tuesday‘s salad bar, it’s the best in town. I do miss the flatbread they used to serve on the salad bar, but the croutons are pretty good. The variety makes it quite a delightful experience.

The people working were great. The food was low quality and portions were small while the cost was very high. I've had bad fries before but these were so bad we couldn't eat them. Not the cooks fault either, the ones corporate buys are terrible.
