We were the only ones there, food was mid, service was not so good and it smelt straight like someone smoke 4 packs of cigarettes before we got there, EVERYTHING smelt like cigarette smoke, it was suffocating.

Every time I go to Ruby Tuesday, Desirae is my server and she is outstanding. I have been going for years and she is the only person I know who is consistently working. Most places in the service industry have a high turnover. She is great!

Update!! Have been satisfied with my last several visits and tonight Natasha took care of us and all was well once again!!
2017- Took forever to bring my hamburger and was no more then 7 other people in the restaurant then the bun was hard. I told the waitress and they brought me back my same hamburger I had put ketchup on, but different bun🤔

Went in on Monday at 11:45 to order burger, fries and salad bar for $9.99. We were told the grill won't be ready for 20 minutes and we said that would be OK. The waitress came back a little later and that it would just a little bit later. She came back again and the grill still wasn't ready but we could order the salad bar and baked potato, it was the same price. If we were told the grill was down and did not know how long it would be when we got there, we would have gone elsewhere. Why didn't they tell us it was down in the first place? After this and a couple other problems at this location, we won't ever come back. Go to the other one in town. It's been great.
