I was there last week for the first time and had no idea what to order because English is not my first language. There were a few things on the menu that I didn't recognize. However, the lady at the front was very helpful and patient. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she helped me with the menuThe food was amazing and there was plenty of it. The steak was cooked perfectly (medium), and the over easy eggs and pancakes were really good. Unfortunately, this location is far away from where I normally work and live. However, the overall experience was really good, and if I'm in the area again, I will definitely come backThank you for the staff was really nice.

Oh what a let down! We wanted to visit the new location and support the small business community but not this time. What a circus!Couple of suggestions: PUT A SIGN UP FRONT SAYING PLEASE WAIT TO BE SEATED in big bold letters. Next, cast a charming host to greet customers like VIPs. Throw away the pager system and asking guest to wait in their cars. Hey, why not sprinkle a couple of benches outside so folks can park their tushies while they wait?Remember anyone can serve breakfast but not many can deliver a great customer experience.

First trip to Rudy's in their new location this morning. Nice place, good service, Breakfast was good except for Biscuits, not very good at all. No big deal, just need to make a change, definitely recommend Rudy's. I'll go back.
