Nice little shop. Got a specialty drink and the blueberry waffle. With 30g of protein I couldn’t tell the waffle was so good.
Drink was refreshing and the boosts they have are great. Definitely recommend. 😁

I really enjoy supporting local businesses and love the teas here, but it’s disappointing to stand at the counter for five minutes without even a greeting or acknowledgment from the owner. A simple “I’ll be with you in just a moment” would go a long way. I understand things get busy, but acknowledging a customer takes very little effort and makes a big difference.
Your customers are the reason your business continues to thrive, and it’s important to show appreciation for that. On a positive note, the young ladies who work there have always been kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciate.

Last time coming here! Ordered a large shake and get this. I asked “you not going to fill it up”? I was told this is the normal large just using a different cup. Why would you sell a customer a large in a cup that is not actually your large drink size. I feel cheated

I have been here many times and have always been happy until today! Super disappointed in customer service or lack there of. I picked up 2 drinks one was the Purple Heart the other was the Arnold Palmer. I got home 5 mins after picking them up and the Arnold Palmer tasted way off. It tasted like I was eating an orange. No taste of tea or lemonade but straight orange taste. I immediately messaged the Sango Nutrition and was told the drink was definitely made correctly and all I could be offered was half off another. We had only had 2 sips out of the drink I simply asked if I could come back at my inconvenience to have it remade and was told no! When you pay $9 for a drink I don’t think that is good customer service in the least! And I probably won’t return.

I was so excited to try this place but was immediately disappointed with the customer service. The lady working the front was so incredibly rude. I got a nutter butter shake and it taste like watered down protein powder. Nothing special about this place. Save your money

I really like this place! I’ve gone twice now and both experiences were extremely pleasant. The employees are always sweet and helpful to me. They were patient with me and didn’t make me feel rushed at all and gave me all of their recommendations. Also, yes it’s a little pricey… but for a reason. You’re getting very low calorie, high protein options that you’re not going to find elsewhere. It’s worth the money in my opinion. The shakes and cakepops are delicious.

My favorite loaded tea place closed so I decided to try this one which is closest to my house anyways. The establishment was very cute, service was mediocre and the tea wasn’t like any I have had before, I think it wasn’t mixed good bc I could taste the gritty texture.
