Pros: The service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable!
Cons: We went at 9am, and the donuts did not taste fresh. And the bathroom needed a good cleaning.

I’ve had Shipleys in multiple states and they are always amazing.

The donuts there are always delicious, they also have really good breakfast foods to take on the go. They also have a great variety of beverages to choose from, and you get it all through the drive thru if you are on the go and don't want to stop and eat in.

Place is older and not as clean as one on Madison. Donuts at this Shipley's not as good as the one on Madison either. Staff was friendly tho. If you want Shipley's in Clarksville I recommend the other one.

Horrible customer service. I came with my friends to grab a dozen donuts from this location and they were treated horribly by the lady at the registers. They had came having to do a three way split payment. Understandable if it’s annoying to do it. However when your coworker is actively telling you they can take the payments and you still deny us service, I personally feel some type of way about it. If you want to be disrespected come here. Thank you to the gentleman who tried to clear the air and inform her she could do the payments!

Dont waste your time I went 30 minutes after they opened they had no regular or apple filled i am not interested in yesterdays

It was my first time in Clarksville and my first time visiting Shipley's. The service was friendly and efficient and the donuts were fresh and delicious! We even went back the next day before we left Clarksville.

Although they open at 5 they never have donuts ready until after 6:30am. Very inconvenient. Not just 1 day but a whole week I gave them a chance and very few donuts available before 7am
