Haven’t been in a Shoneys in yrs.
Sad they keep closing.
This place was great. Waitress was super busy and still came by ever 10-15 min .
I noticed the 2 guys handling the breakfast bar and was really impressed by how they took their job seriously.
They would take near empty food bins and nicely put it on top of the fresh food bins on the bar.
Most places just dump it on to old stuff and never rotate .
They kept that buffet full and clean .

Food was very good
Female restroom was atrocious. Wet floor & smelled terrible.

Came in the restaurant and the waitress had an attitude first thing. I was part of a decent size group coming in to eat. Waited five or more minutes for a table. When we did sit down they didn’t give any menus just telling us when we want to get something to eat from the buffet. We asked about the menus and were denied as we were a group and not a smaller size or something like that. We all had to find something appetizing at the buffet but all the food we did get was just warm to cold. I had the meatloaf and some other light items and it was all cold on my plate. One person from our group had to go get a waitress to see about her coffee as all of the drinks have been on the table for over five minutes except the coffee. When checking out the manager was very rude and was just on her phone complaining about another waitress that they hired being slow. Overall not a good experience at all.

Very disappointed with my recent visit to Shoney's. Party of eight. We were not given the option of eating from the menu. The server told us that large groups are buffet only. Never have I heard of that rule. On top of that, the buffet food was edible at best. Nothing was hot. It was barely warm. This is honestly the worst Shoney's experience I have ever had to bear through. Do better.

This place has went down hill very fast only time I recommend you visit is for breakfast buffet the dinner buffet is always the same.I don't know what if they use ground turkey for the meatloaf or what but it's very plain in taste and looks of it.sides are dried and and cold or have been sitting for so long there hard.not impressed wish Ryan's was still open otherwise if you want dinner buffet got to Golden Corral always fresh and have a bigger better selection of food and desert.

I am writing to share my recent experience at this location on December 25, 2024, which was quite distressing for me and my family. I’m not from the area and was visiting for the first time for the Christmas breakfast buffet. My family and I, which consisted of myself, my spouse, and our 20 month old decided to have breakfast out as a Christmas treat for the family, which ultimately went from nice to bad quickly.

During our visit, I discovered a bug in my toddler's drink. I have attached a picture of this for reference. This was not only alarming but also quite disgusting, especially considering the health implications involved.

I understand that these situations can happen, but as a parent, I was extremely concerned about what this could mean for my child's safety.

While I appreciate that the manager, Maria, addressed the issue by comping one meal and the drink, I felt that this response did not adequately reflect the severity of the situation. A more comprehensive apology and compensation would have been appropriate under the circumstances.

It is essential for food establishments to prioritize cleanliness and customer satisfaction, and unfortunately, I did not feel that either of these were achieved during my visit.

I hope that you will take this feedback into consideration to ensure a better experience for future customers because my family and I will not be returning.
