Avoid this place if possible. Absolutely unacceptable service. I placed a Slim Chickens order through Instacart delivery and received the wrong number of chicken tender meals. One of the kids ended up with no food, so I gave up my meal to feed her. Now I have no food. Fine. I called the restaurant to fix their mistake, instead of sending a driver to correct it. Gave them my name and told them I was on my way. I had to drive 30 minutes each way just to get what I already paid for.
When I got there, the staff acted like they had no idea I called. They told me to contact Instacart, while Instacart told me to deal with the restaurant. Zero accountability from either side. After pushing the issue multiple times, the manager finally agreed to give me the missing tender meal only after acting irritated and making me feel like I was the problem.
Then I waited another 30 minutes while they served the food for several walk-in customers who arrived after me. I had to speak up three times before anyone bothered to fulfill the order. Meanwhile, the staff stood around glued to their phones, ignoring customers and each other. Rude, disinterested, and clearly untrained.
Sadly, this is not an isolated incident. A quick scan of reviews online shows that complaints just like mine, missing food, poor customer service, long wait times, and rude staff are extremely common with Slim Chickens. Many customers have reported the same issues across different locations. The recurring problems point to a larger issue with management and employee training, not just a one-time slip-up.
This place needs serious help. If Slim Chickens wants to keep customers, they need to start by hiring staff who actually care and can handle basic customer service. Right now, it's a mess of bad management, poor training, and apathetic workers. Never ordering from this location again. These are real facts.

Tried slim chickens for the first time today while I was in my lunch break. Ordered, paid, then was asked to wait for my food. Took 15 minutes to come- I rushed back to work to eat and the 2nd item of my order was incorrect. Called to ask if I could get a partial refund and was hung up on twice by Brittney. my coworker ended up getting some free tenders and I paid $7 for mushrooms I didn’t even get :,) my meal was really good but customer service clearly doesn’t care about making things right when they make a mistake

The food was awful i had thr 3 and 3 honey barbeque wings sisnt have no sauce on it at all and my husband ordered the lemon pepper wings he has no sauce either the fries was cold it was just awful!

We had a power outage on our street and where looking for a place to eat out after 9pm. Fortunately Slim Chickens was still open and we always wanted to try it. Even so it was late the customer service was great, the food was fresh and we got to sit there long enough to eat our dinner in peace and thankfully before they closed down our Power was restored. We loved the Sauces, its nice to get two sauces so you have enough for your tenders and fries, we ended up mixing the cayenne Ranch with the Slim sauce together and wow just wow, Amazing. The Tenders where actually tender and juicy on the inside while nice and crispy on the outside. The fries where not overly salty like most places wich was a nice surprise. The shakes where delish, but needed a spoon since they are too thick even with the large straw. All in All it was a very pleasant experience.
Fair prices for the amount of food, food is great, love the variety of sauces, the sweet tea is fantastic! The shakes while good do need a spoon to eat. Customer service was fantastic.
