Normally every one is fantastic, but we had a crowd of 6 and all of the food was just ok. The tender were almost burnt and everyone complained a little bit.

Lots of sauce choices. Food was good. Cleanliness could be better. We were early so things weren't cleaned before closing the night before. Food was excellent. The only negative was that the chicken sandwich had a tough breast slice. Maybe it was an anomaly. It happens. We had 3 other great plates.

This location has been 5/5 every time we’ve been! The food has been perfectly cooked, hot, fresh, delicious, and the team member with the braids and septum ring who brought our food to us in the drive-thru was so friendly and professional! Will return!

Food is usually good. The service is usually uncomfortable. They don't welcome you when you enter, they walk around you like youre in the way. Its usually very loud during lunch time.

I hardly leave reviews but I ordered through the app and used curbside pick up. Followed the instructions in the app but no one came out. I went through the drive thru to see a bunch of workers inside laughing and living it up. And I know they saw my truck sitting there through the big windows upfront. No thanks with service like that
First time I tried this establishment! It was AMAZING!!!! The food was hot and fresh! The banana pudding was GREAT!!! The lady that took my order was polite and made sure my order was right!! I will be back!!

This is a really nice and clean restaurant. The chicken is delicious and their variety of soft drinks and teas are great. Sweet Lily helped us with a smile and answered our questions. They have outdoor seating that is covered in a large indoor seating space as well.

Im a Terminally ill Veteran that doesn't get out much we decided to get Slim Chickens . We went through drive through ordered food person on the other side of speaker was rude and very confused about menue questions I had asked about ,particularly the type of cheese available on club We paid for meal the girl at window must have been same rude person because she told me the total i said here is money but wait I had the change she closed window on me . So I waited with my hand out with my change she came to give the change and I had expressed that I had the quarter so I would like the dollar back she acted like it was a Mind Blowing experience, she again closed the window and I could hear her Asking somebody what to do SMH . Fast forward gave wrong change but I was over it I Drove home . When I got there we opened the bag I had ordered the club chicken sandwich the one I asked about cheese types looked at sandwich and found a piece of cheese not full slice but wait added bonus the wax paper was on my sandwich and a little cheese attached . I was hot Im sick Veteran don't eat out much and to have this happen but it gets better . My wife and special needs Daughter ordered Mac and cheese bowls They started to eat the food and said it tasted funny like sour milk This was last straw our whole meal ruined I called complained they offered to redo remake sandwich well Im never eating that food. Again so we drove back went inside asked for money back the Gentlemen offered to give back for sandwich only well at this point two trips there spoiled meal we wanted full refund which they did reluctantly but Never addressed the food especially serving me wax paper I could have choked on ! They could have been in big trouble had I not looked at the sandwich, but I find it curiously strange that I asked about the cheese and they left wax paper there coincidence MAYBE !!
