Staff is always friendly. However, service is always slow. My order has been wrong the past two visits. This time I asked for my money back. It already took them over 25 minutes to complete my order, which was the wrong order. I may need to start taking my business to Tropical Smoothie.

Lobby closed on at Saturday, 30 min wait in the drive thru. Young lady working was hustling but owner/manager let her down. Just close the store if you can't staff it.

Night shift is terrible. Lady was rude at the intercom. Went to pay and she hands the card machine out the window for me to insert and use. Second time this has happened, guess that’s the nightshift training. I stopped and handed her cash instead so then she started stocking and cleaning instead of getting my order. No cars in line before or after me. Go at least three times throughout the week. Service industry continues to go down hill. Time to bust the ninja blender back out! Hold the spit.

I have been to this location several times, they DO NOT OPEN with it states they are open at 7am. I have made several online orders to even still be late because they cant open for whatever reason. I am still trying to get a refund for a smoothie that I NEVER RECIEVED! Absolute TRASH and would NOT recommend!!! They either need new management or close down.
