I thought when you get a job with customer service you should have customer service, this past weekend I dealt with a girl name Emma, she's horrible! Very unprofessional and definitely don't have people skills, unfortunately she can't handle even handle making 2 smoothies at one time. I don't think smoothie king fits. I'll be taking my business to tropical smoothie down the road where I get better service.

Horrible customer service with unfriendly and unprofessional employees. Their poor attitudes caused several customers in the store to leave. Clearly the store was under staffed ( not these 2 employees fault ) but they way the approached the situation was well within their control. I waited 10 minutes without as much as a “hello” or “sorry for the wait”. I could see they were busy, and I did not bother them and I understand being left high and dry. I just don’t understand be rude to people who are just loookg for a cold healthy beverage.

I ordered a PB Delight the bananas were bad, ended up throwing it away, live to far to take it back won't ever get another one will continue to go to ever bowl. I just thought I would give smoothie king a try. They are not for me.

Today, I ordered a pineapple spinach smoothie from the Madison Street Clarksville location. I rarely leave reviews but this smoothie was unbelievably nasty. The big chunks, whole almonds, and disgusting taste was enough to instantly toss this atrocity in the trash. I frequent at Smoothie King and felt like I was ripped off. To add insult to injury the employee had the nerve to be rude after she couldn’t hear my order 15 times. I was yelling pineapple spinach smoothie so loud people were turning around another businesses.

Every single time I have gotten a smoothie here, without fail, I have ended up with severe food poisoning. I don't have any food allergies, nor am I lactose intolerant or anything of the sort. This place's smoothies taste alright, but they always leave me vomiting my brains out and getting diarrhea. If you have a sensitive stomach, or even if you don't think you have one, don't get a smoothie from smoothie king.TLDR; Smoothies are a 5/10 at best, never fail to make me sick and leave me hunched over a toilet for the next few days. Do not recommend.

One staring to get Management's attention. I frequent this location often and for some reason there are several occasions where the employees have closed off the lobby with a makeshift handwritten paper sign with no explanation. I want to make sure management is aware the employees are doing this, not every one has a vehicle with an operating driver side window so the employees doing this are potentially losing you customers

In my experience here the smoothies are outstanding. They have a new healthy food bowl that is packed with fruit and it is delicious. The only downside here is the wait time can be hit or miss depending on the time of day that you visit.

My keto champ is gritty and taste like they forgot to put something in it and did it at the last minute. They did not call out the drinks as they made them and left us to figure out who's was who's.

Great place for smoothies, smoothie bowls, and healthy snacks! The staff is always friendly and quick, and there are many choices on the menu! That includes the angel food smoothie, which is my favorite. It's strawberry and banana, and you can get it in low fat!

I pulled up to the drive-through at 8:45 pm (15 minutes before closing time) on May 24th and no one took my order. After about 10 minutes of patiently waiting, I put my car in reverse and then pulled back up hoping to get someone's attention. Still nothing.After about 12 minutes total, I pulled around to the back to leave and I noticed three young girls. One seemed to be taking out the trash or something. The other two were sitting on the curb staring at their phones. I asked them if they closed early tonight and one of them said "We always close at this time." So, my next question was "You close 15 minutes early every night?" I got three simultaneous "deer in headlights" looks from all three of them. And it wasn't even 9:00 yet.Maybe the franchise owner should prohibit cell phone use by their employees?

I have never had an issue with this place even though its a little out of my way! I love that i always get discounts or coupons to use whether it is from my app or city saver coupons from school fundraisers. I havent has any issues yet and dont expect to because the staff is always accommodating and nice. The location is pretty good too considering that madison st can be quite a mess but if you are going to leave on warfield then it can be hassling at times.
