The worker was extremely slow and rude, and didn’t finish our order. He completed three other orders in the middle of our order that came in after us and started unloading a truck mid order. It took 45 minutes before we finally got fed up and left with unfinished orders.

Could only make three of the smoothies I ordered, because they were out of the milk I can have (oat) as I am allergic to coconut and almond...but didn't tell me they were out until after I'd paid and waited forever. Both workers seemed not to care about taking care of customers. They were treating every customer with a smirking indifference, and taking their sweet time...I was one of probably half a dozen people standing around waiting for smoothies. Someone needs to look in on this location. Massively under the quality standards I've come to expect from SK. This location is hurting your brand.

I believe the girl name was Jamariah but she is the sweetest ever and works very fast! she did me and my friend order today real fast and the smoothie was so great, i definitely recommend!
