i asked for a dirty dr pepper with extra sweet cream, i got it and it tasted like normal dr pepper so i went thru agian and she was very rude, when i got it back it tasted the exact same, if she did anything she put more ice in my cup to wear the cup was literally heavy. my burger was SOOO SALTY omg it ruined my day DO NOT COME

First off this med fry box looks like a small. Corporate what’s up with that? Then on top of that, they don’t fill up the little container. Anyway, I ordered a slushy that the cashier said “it’s really good” and brought out a float. I told her I wanted a slushy and she said it’s our slushy float but I can blend it, I said okay thinking it was going to be a slushy and she brings back a shake. I’m like what is this? A shake? She said no, it’s blended. I’m confused at this point so I said does it have ice cream in it? Her reply yes smh. I was asked what sauce I wanted, no sauce in the bag. Lastly, asked for extra mayo, I can barely see it. I think the workers just need to be retrained

Ordered a burger with no cheese, onions, or ketchup. Got a double with all of those and bacon. Doesn't matter what sonic you go to, they almost never get the order right. Their speed is usually pretty slow as well, so I don't know why they can't get it right.

Disappointing !! Every time we go to this sonic there's always something missing or service is horrible an food is either sloppy or cold or not a complete order .. every time!! An when I call they do say I'll remake the whole order well after working all day at my job I don't have time or patience to go all the way back for a mess up when it should be done right the first time an yes I get "sometimes" but IT'S EVERY TIME "!!
