Thank God we don’t eat our food on the way home. We sat with the kids at the table and blessed our food like we do. Thankfully they forgot my husband Shanda State to his drink, which forced him to take the top off to drink his sprite. When he did he found black and brown particles floating in his drink. We gasped! Then immediately I thanked the Lord for protecting my husband from an awful drink. Sonic needs to work on their service and cleanliness. Now we know and will check all drinks from now on from anywhere we go

I love sonic and never had a bad experience at one. Until tonight. This place is 1 of the worst places I ate at. And being a hotshot driver for 4 years I ate at some pretty bad spots. Disappointed in this location.

There is a man that works here, he’s always on the window I feel like he is the OG. He literally brightens my entire day every single time I see him. This dude has saved my life just handing me a dang cheeseburger with a smile and a conversation. Stay blessed sir, and thanks for all the pup cups.

First I wanna say after I've experienced the most difficult and frustrated service tonight.I think it's very important that our community know about this establishment.Not only did I receive food that was not at temperature standards I immediately and promptly ask could I then get a refund.The bread was horrible and had a old taste not only was the lettuce old I asked for a grape slushy and received a nerd slushy that caused my teeth pain and sensitive area of a missing filling to hurt.On top of multiple mishandling and short changed after paying 26 dollars giving the cashier 40 to my nephew receing 3 dollars back in change.Sonic you have to do better at Dover Rd at 11pm Friday the 18th! Very dissapointed!!!!

Ordered delivery on Uber Eats. The food wasn’t necessarily bad. I did have burnt up fries and pieces of onion ring mixed in with my large tot. Again not the biggest issue. The bigger problem is my son and I both had stomach troubles all night and still are running to the restroom this morning. This was the only thing we ate in common yesterday.

I very rarely have good experiences at this location. At one point about 6 months ago, I ordered my son a wacky pack and his burger had no patty on it. When I called, the manager said that was stupid. About a week ago, I ordered drinks and sat in the stall for 45 minutes. When I called, the manager asked me if I had checked in and then hung up on me. I had been checked in for 45 minutes. Last night, we pulled into a stall and a female worker yelled at us through the speaker to get out of the stall that it was drive thru only. This location needs a massive retraining on how to speak to customers, how to complete orders, and what it means to work with the public. As someone who has worked food service and food service management for over 10 years, the way this store is ran is unacceptable.
