Ordered on the app. Checked in at stall. One minute before the quoted time my name disappeared from the stall. Second time this happened and both times they forgot about my order I guess. Had to get out of car and ask for help even though I saw what appeared to be my order just sitting there. So finally got my order 15 minutes after quoted time; it had been sitting there forever. All cold. Worst Sonic in the South service wise. I will not return. Should’ve not even given them the second chance. Disappointing.

I have a fun tradition of sharing the tater tots with my pup but today the order was not filled correctly. The receipt shows it correctly but we were given fries instead. He still ate them but I'm not a fan so he got them all. He didn't complain. I would have rather had them though 🫤

Pulled up a route 44 cherry lime-aid & a med chocolate shake “RICK” did not disappoint at all had my order ready and served in under a minute! Man’s energy was fantastic and just turned my whole day around. Had me and my wife laughing while he took our order! 10/10 if I could place more stars I would!

Had a mobile order, went through the drive through and sat at the speaker for 20+minutes with no answer. It's 2pm and they aren't even busy, I tried to get some workers attentions as they delivered food to other cars but they ignore you. Very rude establishment and unprofessional.

Every time I’ve gone to this sonic in the past year+ the experience has been awful — excessively long wait times, incorrect items. Most recently I sat at a stall for over 20 minutes with no one answering the call button. I pressed it again only to be told they’re only doing drive thru orders. Pulled around to the drive through and was told to hold on. Sat there for over 15 minutes before just leaving. It was not busy.
Parked in a stall because it was 1:45pm on a Thursday and i never get the chance to utilize happy hour (2-4pm weekdays) and i wasn't letting the opportunity to take advantage of it slide by again! Our carhop was absolutely adorable- she ran in and out for our condiments and again for my card because i had forgotten to unlock it 🤦♀️sheepishly i extended my apologies for inconveniencing her but she laughed it off and was quite cheerful in her gracious manner. I really appreciated her bright and cheerful spirit; she took my embarrassing blunder in stride, laughing it off instead of being rude as so many have before. Refreshing service that matched our slaked thirsts- what a doll!

Have had issues more often than not here but keep trying to give them a chance because I do like Sonic but this is the last straw. Receipt shows what I ordered. Box shows no onions, and burger pic shows what I got. Honestly looks like they put extra onions and the reason why I asked for no onions is I'm allergic to them. Makes this inedible. Stay away and go to the one closer to Publix if you're going to go to a Sonic.
