The blonde female car hop with the braces talks in a falsetto voice that is un-nerving, and referring to a customer who is clearly a lot older as hun or sweetie is rude and disrespectful.
Please train your employees to be more gentle in their interactions. Might even get them tip$.

Worst location ever I just moved out here and this is the 3rd time I have tried this location and it’s horrible. Received incorrect order all 3 times. And tonight we ordered blasts and they were completely hollow in the middle with only topping on top. I had to go back through drive thru and one of the employees just looked at me and completely ignored me I had to drive back to the speaker just to speak to someone. Lots of eye rolling came from the employees. They corrected my order just for it to be wrong again I was frustrated so I just left at that point. I won’t be returning to this location again. Waste of Money

Ordered a blast. I have not had one in probably 10 yrs. The ice cream at Sonic is not what it use to be. I told them I wanted a medium size but they charged for a large and delivered a large. The person taking orders is in the wrong position there. She did not listen well even when I tried to help her understand.

When I received my drink from Addie it had no ice in the drink and there was soda on top of the cup and all long the sides. I asked her for napkins. While I was waiting on the napkins the cup ended up slipping out of my hands. I had politely informed her of what happened and asked if I could get another one, to which I received rolling eyes and being walked off from. I tried to push the button, but no one ever responded so I left

I generally have a good experience with sonic. Recently, I’ve received regular Dr Pepper’s instead of diet Dr Pepper‘s with my order but now I know just to check before I leave. Slushy are awesome, my kids love them. They always have good specials. Overall satisfied.

Ordered on the app. Checked in at stall. One minute before the quoted time my name disappeared from the stall. Second time this happened and both times they forgot about my order I guess. Had to get out of car and ask for help even though I saw what appeared to be my order just sitting there. So finally got my order 15 minutes after quoted time; it had been sitting there forever. All cold. Worst Sonic in the South service wise. I will not return. Should’ve not even given them the second chance. Disappointing.

I have a fun tradition of sharing the tater tots with my pup but today the order was not filled correctly. The receipt shows it correctly but we were given fries instead. He still ate them but I'm not a fan so he got them all. He didn't complain. I would have rather had them though 🫤
My shake was completely melted. The soda machine was down and my burger on Texas toast was burger on chewy regular slices of bread!!!!

Pulled up a route 44 cherry lime-aid & a med chocolate shake “RICK” did not disappoint at all had my order ready and served in under a minute! Man’s energy was fantastic and just turned my whole day around. Had me and my wife laughing while he took our order! 10/10 if I could place more stars I would!

Had a mobile order, went through the drive through and sat at the speaker for 20+minutes with no answer. It's 2pm and they aren't even busy, I tried to get some workers attentions as they delivered food to other cars but they ignore you. Very rude establishment and unprofessional.
