Have had issues more often than not here but keep trying to give them a chance because I do like Sonic but this is the last straw. Receipt shows what I ordered. Box shows no onions, and burger pic shows what I got. Honestly looks like they put extra onions and the reason why I asked for no onions is I'm allergic to them. Makes this inedible. Stay away and go to the one closer to Publix if you're going to go to a Sonic.

we went to sonic at about 1:25pm there were two people infront of us and it took 30 minutes to get our order. by the time we got home with our food which is already a drive, none of the burgers were right and the fries were ice cold. normally not this kind of service but was not great today.

Simple…2 Route 44 diet cherry limeades. Right? Wrong! The cup had at most an inch of ice. When ask for more, they wanted to charge. Brought out a kiddie cup of ice per DINO the manager at the time. This is not rocket science people. Fail!

Best place to buy ice, I should also say that the young man who brought the ice out to the vehicle was a very polite guy. I wish the bag was tied tighter so ice didn't spill out but it was ok. Thank you for going above expectations.

My slush tasted like they used untreated faucet water. And it was Blue Raspberry Coconut smh.

This restaurant is ridiculously slow. In addition to waiting 25 minutes to receive a drink and a burger, the staff member was very rude and gave a dirty look as I drove off.
Used to be really good place to eat now the food is thrown together like we are little piggies waiting to be fed, and if you want to see tomorrow don't get the footlong chili dog

It took about 30 minutes after the screen said someone was on the way with our food to actually get the food, I ordered two large chili cheese fries and for 2 small size in large size containers, they completely forgot my son's meal, the fries were freezer burnt, my sandwich had enough mayo for 3 sandwiches, I should have left when I started to instead of pulling back in when they finally brought the food out.
