Me and my wife went and got two super sonic bacon cheeseburgers meals and asked for ketchup for our tots. We got home and the burgers had no bacon at all and only enough lettuce that you could barely see a greenish tint to the cheese. It was basically all meat cheese and tomatoes which wasn't very good. The onion rings tasted burnt and we received no ketchup with our order.
I called to cancel an order I placed on accident. The guy that picked up the phone said it don’t work like that and then followed with oh you work here you know and hung up on me. All I was trying to do was get an order canceled so I can check in at the correct location. The staff so far are rude and unprofessional at best. I’d avoid this vocation if possible.

Didn’t ring up order correctly because we said hold on a second. Didn’t give us the food while they went to rerun the card. Took way too long because they were unorganized not because it was cooked slowly or delivery was slow. 3 interactions that should have taken 1. Kids were not trained well or professional.
