There is a Black man that works in drive-thru, and I'm so mad I didn't get his name. But he was just a delight! his order taking process is funny and also professionally efficient. Great start to a long day
The drive thru guy Rick is a great way to start your day! I remembered him from the last time I came. He goes over and beyond to make you laugh and smile in the quick interaction you have with him. Definitely an asset to the company.
The workers are super nice and try hard. Unfortunately, every time I give it a chance, my order has something wrong. This time around, the ice cream was sour. I can only hope it's due to mechanical faults and not human error. Either way, I'm looking forward to the day I can leave a 5 star review :)
