I’ve came to this starbucks multiple times, and it seems as if the correct measurements are never used on my drinks. My coffee was bad the day before, so I decided to order a pink drink. A pink drink should look like the first photo i’ve added, but the second photo is what I received. Starbucks is pricey, so i’m upset that I wasted my money at this one.

I ordered a hot drink and got it cold. They were busy so it was understandable, but I didn't have time to get it fixed before my class. I sent in an email, and they said I could come back by and get it fixed if I brought the ticket on the cup back. I'm glad they offered to fix it. Also, the smell in the library from the coffee is great. :)

If you want one drink that takes three people to make and it still be wrong, go here. They couldn’t even get my change or my name right. The place was filthy and the workers are clearly incompetent. For Starbucks prices, you should get Starbucks service. Not this trash.

I really like this Starbucks. The workers are nice, the drinks are made well. It's in a corner of a library which is always nice. The line goes fast, you get what you ask for, and there's a little shop you can buy bottles and cups. It's nice.

The girl in drive was rude then shannon came over was even worse she was just straight rude and loud my daughter said why is she sooo rude I said I dont know they couldn’t even give a receipt they swiped my card 4 times then Shannon says do u have cash yes I do but not breaking big bills for a $4.00 order that wasn’t even made right just a waiste if money then I used another card Shannon was just very unprofessional from the start would not recommend this location all ither ones in Clarksville are so nice never ever rude
