2/3 full cup of $7.99 coffee from a condescending working the drive thru, one of the dumpiest starbucks I've been to, stopped and ordered here out of desperation. :-/

I ordered a Venti Cookie Frapp at the drive-thru as well as a Venti Frapp for my Husband. I tipped on top of my total, because I know how hard it can be sometimes, and I wanted to show my gratitude!!
The Cookie Frapp was mistakenly made as a Grande, and I asked if it could be remade to the correct size, a Venti.
Instead of re-making the drink, the drink was placed back into the blender, then added SO MUCH ice so it would fit the Venti size cup, then handed back to me.
The proportions of the drink were COMPLETELY thrown off with how much ice was added. I broke my straw trying to drink it, and I had to set the drink out on my dash so it could melt IN THE SUN so I could attempt to drink it. Even at the very bottom there were FULL ice cubes that were completely visible.
I didn't receive my receipt, so I don't know if I actually paid for a Venti, or a Grande Cookie Frapp....
If I had known that I paid for a Grande after requesting a Venti, I would have gladly taken the Grande, or paid the difference for the Venti.
Again, as a barista (not Starbucks, but a different company), I am incredibly disappointed. There's far too much coffee competition in the area for laziness such as this. Communication goes a long way with paying customers, and I know this could have been avoided entirely! Please do better!
I used my mobile app to order and waited maybe 5 minutes after I arrived. I don't live far from there so the wait was great.

The iced mocha was good.
I was in making a purchase on 5/31/2025. I placed my order and while I was waiting. I witnessed what I was told was the manager at the time scream and yell while belittling an employee. I have anxiety and the fact of how she spoke to the other employee, set it into overdrive. It is a shame that Starbucks allows the employees to be talked down to and treated like this. It was made even worse when the woman handed me my drink and proceeded to talk to me about the employee and made derogatory comments to another employee who joined in making fun of the young female. I will not being going there again,bc this isn’t the first time I have had a similar issue with the same manager. The last time she was being incredibly rude to an African American employee and was mumbling something under her breath at her. I suggest if you want Starbucks to drive the extra couple of miles to not have to deal with this type of behavior it seems to be a common behavior.

It took 30 minutes and the espresso was burned. Very very bitter double shot iced lattes! I advise you not to even go here.

Our frapachinos were not made right at all not even thick like they should have been and had no taste it was just like drinking ice water we ordered a green tea and strawberry and cream one very badly made

Honestly probably the grossed Starbucks experience i’ve ever had. I ordered a VSC cold brew and egg bites expecting a decent enough breakfast. However my coffee had curdled cream and was literally CHUNKY. I asked the barista why it was chunky and she rolled her eyes and said “it has Vanilla Sweet Cream in it it’s suppose to be like that”. that’s when i told her “actually i worked at starbucks for a couple years and its not suppose to be chunky. i’ve never seen it like this before”. The lady behind her apologized for the situation and said she would remake it however they used the same sweet cream so it was still chunky. i worked at a location in CA for a couple years and was told to throw out curdled dairy and warned if the VSC wasn’t made correctly it could cause it to be a different texture and to throw it out then remake it. Since I was given the same product the coffee had the same issue so I threw away the coffee. At that point the egg bites were cold and soggy too so they got thrown out too. 0/10 would recommend and I have never been to a Starbucks that serves CHUNKY DAIRY!!! I went to a different location and received a proper VSC cold brew without any issues but feel I wasted my money since i bought the same meal twice at this point!

I wasn't greeted when I walked in and there isn't a sitting area.
Missing items from mobile order… Wasn’t willing to make it right without further inconveniencing me.
I was surprised to see no sitting area. The place doesn't have that welcoming feeling anymore. It's like they just want you to order and then get out. I used to walk here and sit a bit to enjoy my ordered items. Not anymore.
