I was surprised to see no sitting area. The place doesn't have that welcoming feeling anymore. It's like they just want you to order and then get out. I used to walk here and sit a bit to enjoy my ordered items. Not anymore.

Been to this location a million times since it is the closest to me. I have worked for Starbucks in the past and at any of my stores would everyone be fired for acting the way everyone in this store does. I have waited over 20 minutes just to pay for something in drive thru and then another 30 minutes just to get a white mocha while watching every employee inside huddle and yap their jaws off. DO NOT go to this location if you have AN ALLERGY! Every single time I order a drink without cinnamon, THEY ADD IT EVERY TIME! They do not care about your health or quality of whatever product they are putting out the window.

Don't be fooled by older photos. There's literally no tables, chairs or counter to sit or stand at, and the available customer space was half filled with boxes piled up to my chin.

Nicest people I’ve met in Tennessee in a long time very calm and sweet just overall nice atmosphere and outstanding service. Randi was my cashier and was very helpful with my order as well considering it was more on the random mix side. Definitely will be returning as a usual

Don't bother ordering ahead they prioritize on site orders over mobile orders. I placed mobile order over an hour ago and they're just making it now.

Every time I go in there to simply pick up 2 rice crispy treats it takes 20 years? I never get a "hello" or any tyoe of acknowledgment and the employees move at a snails pace. From now on, I'll be making my own treats?
