Honestly ever since the remodel & opening back up. This location is SO SLOW. Constantly not having iced coffee brewed. Like how. Very dissapointing it takes 10mins+ to go through the drive thru. And even when you pull up to order you're still asked to wait..

Every time I go to starbucks , it is always friendly service and the best coffee in food!! 10-10. The only thing I hate is since the remodel they do not carry cups for purchase anymore.

Delicious drinks and The people has always been polite and patient, specially with my accent a lot of drive Thru are rude when you don’t pronounce good, and the lines are long (almost all the time)Use their app they have a lot of specials every month like this weekend they had the special of buy one drink get another free!

I just had a bad experience at this location. I ordered a tall dark roast. It is 6:30am, the nice guy at the counter asked the girl who was making coffee if they had any dark roast ready. She seemed to be annoyed by the question. Her response reflected that. She proceeded to say “No, I wasn’t going to just yet.” With an attitude. The gentleman tried to ignore the remark. She proceeded to make my coffee, reluctantly and then when I received it, it was cold. I decided to come here to express my concern. 1. It is very early in the morning, it seems dark roast o would be made first thing, 2. Why was there an attitude? 3. Go somewhere else if you don’t want to be involved with the public.Also, I didn’t get her name but she was a little heavy set with colored hair. Please train your employees better with handling and dealing with the public. The guy who took my order was very nice, kind and professional. The only reason I give it a 2 for the atmosphere is because of the young lady’s attitude. You could feel her energy and her reluctance and hesitation to make dark roast. Who wants that type of energy early in the morning. She also made sure I heard her also.

I was waiting in line to order and the cashier was talking at length with the person in front of me about things not related to the order. The cashier even took time to look at a photo on the customer's phone, even though the cashier could see me waiting.

Starbucks coffee is superior. This location is horribly located. And lacking staff. Some days they close the drive thru, some days they lock the doors. Either way isn't OK when they continue to take mobile orders through their app or 3rd party. The staff in the store is working hard and have great attitudes, but management needs help from corporate to get this location running smoothly.Parking: Not enough parking or space for drive thru
