I work for DoorDash and I come in to this store fairly often. Every time I go in without fail I am ignored, not one staff member will acknowledge me and 9 times out of 10 the food I am there to pick up is done and it just needs to be packed together. But even that takes 10 minutes to do, even if it isn’t busy. And I’ve seen staff just standing around doing nothing while I’m standing there waiting so I can do my job. It’s very frustrating and because of this I’ll never be a customer at this Starbucks. I only come here when I have to

I'm a dasher and the the employees in there never acknowledged dasher they will not pack up the items for doordash everyone just ignores the order and all they have to do is sack it up but no the dasher have to get mad say will someone please package this order cause the being late don't go against Starbucks it's against the dasher . Every other store has someone specifically for doordash orders but Madison Street don't.

I have to say Day shift is much better than night shift. I even mentioned it to the manager and all she said was Well they do the best the can. I’m sorry that’s not how you react to feed back. I know we will never go back in the evening we’ll go down the road where they get your order correct at night.

This location is closer to me so I mostly come here, however the service has been way too slow. Last time I came I waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes (I know I should’ve left) .. also for iced drinks, they have been putting ice over the ice line making the drink a literal ice only drink.. which is kind of a rip off. I give them the benefit of the doubt each time I come but now I’m starting to dread coming here and have to find another place.

The kindest most genuine people work here. I’m always treated like family coming here but today our truck broke down at the drive thru and a barista and many people came to help push us out and after someone paid for our order. All of the employees are exceptional and I’m happy every time I come here. They all deserve the best. Thank you for everything every visit! ❤️

Chai tea latte wasn't good at all.Very sarcastic the young lady at the front didn't make my order right.I asked her if I can have extra chai because it didn't taste like Chai tea at all,it literally tasted like milk.She then informs me,"Well extra shots of chai will be double the amount.Just wanted to let you know."Im very aware I use to work for Starbucks and I know what it should taste like.I have come to this Starbucks before and my Chai is always on point.But this time it wasn't good.It seemed like she may have needed a break or it was her time to clock out.
