I have to say Day shift is much better than night shift. I even mentioned it to the manager and all she said was Well they do the best the can. I’m sorry that’s not how you react to feed back. I know we will never go back in the evening we’ll go down the road where they get your order correct at night.

This location is closer to me so I mostly come here, however the service has been way too slow. Last time I came I waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes (I know I should’ve left) .. also for iced drinks, they have been putting ice over the ice line making the drink a literal ice only drink.. which is kind of a rip off. I give them the benefit of the doubt each time I come but now I’m starting to dread coming here and have to find another place.

The kindest most genuine people work here. I’m always treated like family coming here but today our truck broke down at the drive thru and a barista and many people came to help push us out and after someone paid for our order. All of the employees are exceptional and I’m happy every time I come here. They all deserve the best. Thank you for everything every visit! ❤️

Chai tea latte wasn't good at all.Very sarcastic the young lady at the front didn't make my order right.I asked her if I can have extra chai because it didn't taste like Chai tea at all,it literally tasted like milk.She then informs me,"Well extra shots of chai will be double the amount.Just wanted to let you know."Im very aware I use to work for Starbucks and I know what it should taste like.I have come to this Starbucks before and my Chai is always on point.But this time it wasn't good.It seemed like she may have needed a break or it was her time to clock out.

Everytime I go to this starbucks my pink drink doesn't taste good. All the starbucks that I've gone to in the area are usually pretty consistent with the pink drink, but when I go here it tastes bland. Their cake pops are fine and their service is good. In comparison to wilma, apsu, and the other one by the mall, this one is honestly my least favorite to go to.
This was my first time at Starbucks in Clarksville and was absolutely amazed! Tim helped me and was so helpful. I ordered a regular coffee in a “for here” mug, which I didn’t know they still did, and loved the experience. Great team and store. Will definitely return again!
Your typical Starbucks! Had a little line in the drive thru, but they got you through it in a timely manner. My chai tea didn't have the new apple whip that it had from other locations, but was still good. Over $19 for 3 large drinks.

Tiny and getting in and out was difficult. The service was phenomenal.
I’ve been to this Starbucks multiple times and have consistently been disappointed with the service. There are always 5-6 people working behind the counter, yet the service is incredibly slow. It’s frustrating to see so many staff members and still wait an excessive amount of time for a simple order. Additionally, the baristas come across as rude and unapproachable. They lack basic customer service skills and don’t make any effort to be personable. It feels like they’re just going through the motions without any regard for the customers. A serious retraining on customer service is needed at this location.
