Great location, staff know me by name and face very friendly, for busy times or long line at the drive thru just go inside for faster service and use the app much faster.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Whoever decided to use some cheap, non-Sharpie blue marker to write on my cup needs to rethink their choices. My cold drink washed the ink right off, leaving my hands (and now my face) stained blue. Spent way too long scrubbing in the bathroom, and now I’m red from irritation. Thanks for the extra hassle—never again.
Update: I called the store and for some reason the lady that answered just laughed. She said they do not want to write on cups and are using non-sharpies in retaliation of the new policy. I do not find this funny. I called the corp. number and left a complaint against the store and I am writing this review to let you all know.

Would like to have the option of light roast all day and would advise ditching Pike which taste like second hand floor swept coffee beans. Also, since Covid find it cheap to ask for a tip when you charge for cream ($1.25!) after you have purchased an expensive cup of coffee. This lack of an option has led me to purchasing Stumptown coffee by 5 lb bags from Oregon by mail which is excellent coffee. A 5 lb bag of most of their beans is about $ 85 to $ 95 and is mailed free. A great option. Why would anyone have to pay for a splash of cream at your store anyway? Didn't we just buy a cup of coffee from your establishment? The offset is obvious suggesting your paid employees must get their per hour fees from your customers and not from your profit ratio. Give us all a break and share your profits more with your baristas and allow your customers to complete their cup of Joe with complementary cream and sweetener

Make sure you keep your receipt. This location has the ability to look up your receipt, but they’ll refuse to print it for you. I’m out $30 for a cup that they won’t give me a refund for which was purchased 4 days ago. They won’t even exchange it for another color. However, they will gladly hand you a $4 gift card and tell you to call corporate.

I like this Starbucks and visit often when I am in town. For a holiday weekend though they seemed ill prepared, being out of three things I requested this morning including drink ingredients.

I been coming here for a while & the customer service has been consistent, professional & first class over the years. I only come to them for The Cafe Misto with three raw sugars & whip for my dad. He loves the coffee there. The dedication the staff possesses their adds a tremendous amount of value to the overall experience of consuming their product.
I only get my dad’s coffee at this location along with the Trenton road location in Clarksville & The Carothers Blvd location in Brentwood. I’m extremely picky about where I spend my money & where I invest my time. I’ve come to far in life & am to successful to receive anything less than the best. As I right this review, just know the team at Wilma Rudolph is first class personified & I really respect their work & dedication to perfecting their craft.

Pretty sure this Starbucks exists just to ruin your day. Ordered 2 drinks. Frappuccino was awful. Chick handed me my drinks and slammed the window. I literally hate this location. Just rude
