I love Starbucks. My favorite Starbucks locations in Clarksville is the one on Madison, Austin Peay library, and Wilma. However, today I chose to go to the one on Trenton Rd to do a little homework. The atmosphere was great and everyone was nice. I ordered the new Caramel Brûlée Latte, which was made perfectly.
However, when I finished my latte, I requested to see if they could mimic the latte to a hot coffee, since I knew they did a free refill on coffee, but I was advised that they could not do so. I informed them that the one on Madison did it for me with no problem, but they still said they could not. Therefore, I just grabbed my things and left. I will probably not be back.

Every single time I’m here service is slow and this is the only location that continuously gets the brown sugar shaken espresso wrong every time their coffee taste like watery burnt coffee grounds. It’s so frustrating.

I was in there about 20 minutes ago and placed an order inside. Usually I order on the app but I had a Starbucks card and cash today. Tyler(I think was his name) took my order and made my drink. He was wonderful! My drink is also wonderful. Thank you Tyler!

They never give me a splash stick for my drink, so if I'm not drinking it while I'm driving guess what happens? I guess I better request one. I guess it's different here than where I live before

Next time give me a full cup. It’s what I paid for. Re-edit Post. It’s sad when you do a mobile order and your drink isn’t ready when the time frame says.. walked in no drink . No one said hi or anything. Just SILENCE. What I will say is this.. Don’t go on a WEDNESDAY afternoon. Poor new girl working drive thru and mobile by herself while others walking around or in the back chilling Alll on break. smh
