Up until about a month and a half ago this was my favorite subway in town . Now you couldn't pay me to come back. Waited for 15 minutes for the 1 person working at 11 in the afternoon to even ask me what I wanted to eat. And seeing the man only knew very few english words it was very hard to communicate. Bread was burned. There wasn't any veggies except lettuce and tomatoes, claimed to have no ham. Even though I could see the ham and said this location does not participate in the "meal of the day" program. Just an embarrassment to the franchise

Today I had to wait for a Doordash pickup order for a out an hour and a half. It was unbelievable, there was only one employee at the store who did not speak English very well, he messed up the order and caused me to lose pay because of the extremely long wait and the order was cancelled by the customer. There was no supervision, the one employee was struggling all by himself and no one was there to assist him. Subway. Riverside drive in Clarksville, TN. 12/6/24 @ 2:45 PM.

I'm sitting here along with two other people that have order online, one gentlemen has been sitting here for over 30 minutes and the young lady said that she has been waiting for about 25 minutes. If one makes a online order and one receives notification that it is ready shouldn't it be?

Just came through for lunch, and the girl working there with the dark hair, is one of the most unfriendly staff members that I've come across in a customer service setting in a long time. If you don't like the job, go do something else. It was only me and another lady in there at 1:30, and she was shaking her head at the fact people were walking in the door, mumbling under her breath, and just going through the motions of taking the orders.

Came in and waited because the associate was preparing an online order. That’s fair, they ordered before I came in. Dude made me sandwich and I was at the counter getting ready to pay with my card out as he was putting my sandwich in a bag at the same place, and the online order came in. Dude left me hanging there and tended to them first, then returned to me. This gives the impression that online orders are more important than walk ins. Since I don’t order online, I’ll probably go somewhere else next time. I bumped it up from a 2 to a 3 because the food was fresh.

I was highly disappointed to discover there are no highchair. We had a set of 10 month twins and nowhere for them to sit. We had to try to eat sandwiches with 1 hand and holding a baby. Crazy being 2024, with all our fancy technology, and no highchair.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Subway and I have to say that Timothy, the manager, was absolutely fantastic. He greeted me with a warm smile, took time to ensure that my order was exactly what I wanted, and even offered some great recommendations. His customer service skills were top-notch, and he created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in Subway. I was really impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. Timothy is definitely an asset to the Subway team, and I look forward to visiting again soon.

We showed up 15 mins before closing after 2 other subway restaurants canceled our order due to lack of meats to create sandwiches. We apologized for the inconvenience, offered to go else where but they made 7 sandwiches with hesitate! And they had already cleaned up for closing. Veggies were fresh also!
