I could look past the fact they never even try to make the subs or topping containers look good or presentable and the fact I always order the same thing yet it’s somehow different prices every time, but my last (and final) visit the young man making my food rang me up while my food was in the oven, touched cash and change with his gloves on and then tried to finish making my food wearing those same gloves and even looked surprised when I asked him twice to change them. I’m going to assume that’s a regular thing at this location and that all of their food has been touched by nasty gloves and hands. Gross
Another visit prior the man making my food had an earbud in and was on the phone so I had to repeat myself constantly and he still made the order wrong. This location just sucks now. Learn how to make your store clean and presentable and learn basic subway topping portions so your food doesn’t look awful. Are there ANY good subways in Clarksville anymore?

The toaster was broken, didn’t offer to microwave my meat, my husband’s microwaved food was cold, only two tomatoes on my sandwich, all in all not a very good visit. Not everything needs to be changed. It’s not the same as it was before.

The thing is I wasn’t even gonna post nothin if they acted right money hard to come by food to now a days I bought a foot long sub ate half when I went to eat the other it was a long strand of hair ok I call he told me to bring it in I get another one I went in the next day bought the food back the lady look and said ok I didn’t won’t another sub cause of what I went through so I ask for something else I said I want cookies yall know 6 cookies is 3 dollars and some change I told her to just give me 2 box of cookies and a drink that sub was 12 dollars and some change since I ate half the sub she only gave me the cookies and said no I couldn’t have the drink so in so many words since I ate half already she only gave me half my money when hair is in your food you suppose to get your whole refund back not half of it won’t be going back and didn’t have a lot of meat like it normally use to when other staff was running it I had to ask for extra vegetables 3 times smh

I ordered the sandwich online through the app. In the special instructions, I said, do not cut the sandwich at all. Of course, like most Subway’s they cut it. The last time I I ordered a sandwich from here it was done correctly and the people were real nice. So when I ordered this time, I put a dollar tip. When I got home with the sandwich, it was gross, not enough meat or cheese on it, too much mayo (i’ve got it saved under favorites very little mayo). So I called the shop and the guy that answered could not speak a word of English. He asked me my name I told him. He kept telling me something, but I could not understand him. I asked him to put somebody on the phone that could speak English. He hung up on me. It’s been a hot summer and I order from Subway quite a bit. And my experience in Clarksville, Tennessee is that any of these subways that are foreign owned are gonna be skimpy on the meat and the cheese And not follow directions. This is not the first time it’s happened. I absolutely refuse to go to any of the subways anymore in Clarksville that are Four owned.

I gave it a moment after yall changed ownership to get it together, but my turkey sub was mostly a lettuce sandwich and my wives tuna was cucumber salad with some tuna…. The meat is the show boys, not a feature….. the bread seems likes Thursday’s bread…. Get it together
This place is sad. Apparently Jeets only hire family and it shows. They don’t care about the communication barrier they create. There is something dirty about this store I I’ll probably never go back.

I loved this Subway, but now the new ownership is horrible. The guy was using his gloves to pull up his pants and scratch himself and then wanted to make my sub with the same pair of gloves on. I told him to change his gloves. He laughed at me and did and then he wanted a tip. They should have never fired the old staff. I will not go back to this Subway again. Unfortunately they bought out two other Subway's I used to go to and those are just as bad now.

When I heard how the new owners fired all of the previous staff, I swore that I was not going to support this business. I did give them a chance about two weeks ago. Of course the food was as expected. I was not impressed with the staff that could barely understand English. I could barely understand them. There was a lot of back-and-forth. Today, I went in during lunchtime. They were a little busy. The young man in front of me ordered his food and went to pay, he stated he had another sandwich that the staff did not make. The gentleman at the register tried to give my sandwich to this young man. I tried to correct Them to which I had to repeat myself multiple times that he was giving this young man my sandwich. The entire encounter was very unprofessional and my bill was much higher than it should’ve been today. I was not offered a receipt. When I tried to get the receipt, the man moved onto the next thing he was doing. Of course today’s food was as to be expected. I will say, since the new owners have taken over, their chocolate chip cookies are pretty good. But I will not be back in this establishment.

Oh, I definitely miss the old staff, but the gentleman who was today, made efforts to ensure that the error on my delivery order was correct. Order delivery through the app, was missing chips, drinks, and other items. When I called the store, they said that I could come in and grab them. The gentleman was polite, despite the language barrier.

I put in a mobile order at 5:15. It said it would be ready at 5:35. They did orders before mine was even done. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes on top of already having my order not being ready, so I would highly suggest it would be better for you to go in an order than it is to ask for a delivery or pickup because they will not prioritize you. Walk in only!!!!!!

This used to be the best Subway, but unfortunately was bought out and it is awful now. The new owners are not great at making sandwiches, there’s hardly any meat put on the sandwiches, the vegetables are not good at all. They don’t understand English very well or speak it well. They haven’t been able to get my sandwiches right. They also had one person working during dinner rush, so it took forever to even get one sandwich made. I miss the old owners and the workers who were there. It really makes me not want to go back and I have tried to give the new management chances.

The employee their is foreign and barely knows how to speak English. His attitude is terrible. He got mad because I gave him a coupon so he started talking saying something. I will never go back there again.
