Ordered and was told the total was $13.62 when I got to the window the lady said it was going to be $15.74 she claimed it was a promotion and asked why I had such a problem with paying $2 more. Terrible service never going back

I am so disappointed because y'all send out these coupons and then we go to Subway to use them, and the lady gets an attitude.She could not even speak proper ENGLISH. And we can't even use the coupons. WTH....

My Peoples Left There A Couple Hours Ago...I Was On The Phone...They Walked in, & Witnessed an Employee Holding a Baby, then Passed The baby back to the Person in The DRIVE THRU Window...Proceeded to Come, & Grab Gloves to Ask How May I Help You...She Was Asked to Wash Her Hands First, before even getting the Gloves...Caught an attitude, Said She's Gonna Be Using/Wearing Gloves...Lady, you Just Held a Baby in ya Hands/Arms, & passed the infant thru the Window, & Passed it Back...Then Wanna Pass the Germs onto the Gloves, & Make People's Food??? This is Unacceptable, not to mention Unsanitary!!! I've Been in Food Service, & These People Lately are too Careless...Then they Wonder why They Lose business....You Need to do Better!!! Point Blank Period

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
We clearly ordered chicken on our nachos, and the employee put steak instead. When we pointed it out, she insisted we said steak—even though she was the only one making the food and got it wrong. Another employee, who wasn’t even present during our order, jumped in just to back her up and refused to fix the mistake. Then, they made us pay for the wrong order and told us to leave when we politely asked for a side of Chipotle sauce.
Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and dismissive. We won’t be returning. Do better. and tbh... the meat was a lil off, tasted reallll weird so just dont go to this location
Do not order from here on the mobile app. This is the second time we have and immediately had fraudulent charges on a debt card after!!

Won't return to this location. Hard old bread.Sub barely had meat. Didn't put correct portion of meat. Just flat out wrong. She knew that bread was to Damm hard when she was cutting it open but didn't care.

Inside it's the same as any other subway. Cleanliness was like a solid B. Maybe it's the lighting but it looks a bit dingey. The gentlemen behind the counter was mumbling and talking to someone else at the same time. From what I could understand out of him it also seemed like he may have a strong accent which could have contributed to maybe a lack of confidence to speak up but when your only job is to take an order and fulfill it you need to be able to clearly communicate with the customer. Not all jobs are for everyone.
