I went to this location twice in two days. I am basing my review on one fact. I am only picky when it comes to condiments. I have always asked for 1 line of mayo and 3 lines of mustard.The first time I went, it was 5 stars; the customer service was great, and the sandwich artist was able to get my sandwich exactly right. There was not too much sauce, and he knew what he was doing.The second time a different sandwich artist was on shift. When I asked for one line of mayo, he got it right, then just completely drenched the sub in mustard, to the extent that it was completely spilling out when the sub was closed.Now, for ALL of the Subways in my area, this is pretty standard practice. If you don't specify the amount of sauce, they drench your sub. If you do ask for a specific amount of sauce, they also drench it. More often than not, when you ask for light mayo, you will still get a dripping mess of condiments. That's why this place still got 3 stars.(I ask for the line number specifically so it's easy to convey what I want).Parking: This location is shared with a revival, UPS, and a gas station so parting is tight.
We ordered dinner ahead of time on the subway app. Watched it go from recieved, to preparing. My husband drove out to pickup the food and it said ready. At this point it had been almost 20 min since we ordered. He goes inside to pick up the order…the staff haven’t even started on it yet. He shows them the screenshot where it says order is now ready, they say they’ve been really busy. There was only 1 person ordering in the store and 2 employees. They were too busy to prepare the order, but not too busy to go through the steps in the app to say the order is being prepared and ready for pickup?

Horrible the employees apparently do not understand anything. Ordered a salad and they threw warmed meat with melted cheese on top of my salad. They didn’t even cut it up and they barely gave me any spinach. My salad was horrible and not refreshing at all. Very upset with the service.

The food isn't bad. The workers were nice. I'd give this place a better review, but there drive through service is absolutely horrible. The wait is way too lomg especially if your the only one in the drive thru lane. They really need to work on

Didn't get a chance to purchase anything, poor customer service. I touch the glass to point at what I wanted and the glass was coming down. So I asked them if it can lock and why is it not locked, if I had rested on the glass it would have slammed down on any of the server's hand. And instead of taking correction, one guy was blatantly arguing back and said, 'yea get out of here'. If they are cutting corners on such basic safety measures, what else?

Ordered grilled chicken salad, they skimped on the veggies, didn’t have any dressing or croutons. I paid for it, threw it in the garbage, and walked out. I’ll never go back.

02/03/2023 was the absolute worst experience, bad customer service . The so called "manager" on shift was rude and very unprofessional. They need to close down for sure.

If a gunman walked into this store and wanted a sandwich, they would still get it wrong. Port of subs would have got it right, Blimpy would have got it right. These bosos couldn't make a good sandwich if there lives depended on it. BTW, all their good reviews come from employees, not customers paying for food. Don't be fooled, I will not be again!

Hi! This place has a nice & fresh food. The veggies are fresh and the whole baggeta is really good. I had the Subway with green peppers and cut tomatoes , red onions & Southwest dressing.
