Placed a mobile order on 12/12/23, it took my money.. said my order was ready.. so I go there, to find out the store is closed. Understandable (it was from the tornado) still have YET to receive a refund! It’s now 01/18/24!

I sincerely urge you not to order delivery from the store. You’ll pay for the delivery fees, and the taxes associated with it, and when there is a mistake (which we all tend to make) it’ll be ‘oh well’ unless you bring them the opened food back to the store that you got delivery from, thus nullifying the need to have paid the extra to have had it delivered in the first place! You will be out that money and all associated costs and again it will be an “oh well” situation for upper management. The young people in there are trying their best and the young shift lead did his best to try within his capabilities to understand my issues but if you’re going to leave young people in charge of your store at least manage a line to help them resolve issues that you don’t trust them to handle themselves. So they know the order was messed up, and left no option to at least refund what I didn’t get, not even the whole order. SMH

If I could give less I would. Came in to pick my order up, 3 employees are sitting in lobby having a great Ole time. Person behind the counter straight up ignores you. I ordered online to come in and they have even started them yet. Worst service ever. Glad to know this is a hangout instead of a business.

If I was the owner I would be disappointed that the open signs are turned off an hour before closing time. If I didn't take the chance to walk up to the door to see if it was open subway would have lost a sell. Hannah was very helpful and did a great job. Went to the back when they didn't have a vegetable I washed in my sub. Thank you for that. Her other Coworker wasn't to happy to be there. Not even a simple hello. She couldn't follow directions on what my other half wanted on her sub. Put oil when it wasn't asked for but she looked at me and said it's okay. Food was good.

When you put an online order in and the app says it will be ready by their time and you arrive by that time you expect it to be ready and if it's not you ask and they say they'll make it then you watch several other people come in to order and get their food made while you wait an additional 15 min. Then you discover it is made but the employee didn't read the name on the order when you asked that your order had actually been sitting there the entire time so that when you finally get it home it is cold and slimy (hot sub with sauces) or warm and slimy (tuna should not sit at room temp next to a hot sub) and missing half the requested toppings. Here's the kicker, not only was the food and service disappointing but when you called to tell the (person who claims to be a) manager they promise to fix it and remake the sandwiches, then get a call back from that same person saying they not only that they weren't actually a manager but their actual manager said they needed to call and tell us they couldn't replace it but we needed to come in the next day and talk to the store manager. So in the end: poor initial service, poor product, poor treatment of employees (can you imagine having to call a customer back and say you can't fix a problem the way you said you would...), and finally poor final service.

Fantastic service and friendly workers (both of them). They work very hard and get the order right! Despite being a bit short handed at the moment they take care of every customer as if they were the only customer! Can highly recommend this shop; good food and good people! The new terayaki chicken sandwich was delicious!

Went in this evening and it was probably the worst service I've ever had. There was this poor kid up trying to make both of my subs, he must have been new cause he seemed to be struggling a bit but I had no problem being patient. While he is trying to assemble my subs, this punk kid comes walking up downgrading the employee. Talking about how slow he's making the sub and "you're still making her sub" with a smart tone and laugh. The jerk walking around was on the phone with an ear plug in. He was barking orders at the other employees. I told him that the kid that was helping me was trying and that he was literally up there all by himself. He then wanted to get smart with off handed comments. The meatballs were frozen in the center, hardly any provolone, unclean counter and the female employees walking around were handling food items without gloves. I feel bad for the kid that was helping me, cause I couldn't stand being near the "shift lead" for the 15 minutes I was there, so very very rude. I hope the manager knows what's going on in the evening, disgusting behavior
