I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this Subway location. The employee named Lora was extremely rude, dismissive, and treated me and my son with clear disrespect. She rushed us through our order, spoke in a cold and unfriendly tone, and made us feel very unwelcome.

What shocked me the most was when I went to use the restroom—Laura saw me approaching, deliberately rushed ahead, and locked the door in front of me. Her behavior felt not only unprofessional but also discriminatory.

No one should be treated this way. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better customer service and basic respect from their staff in the future

Avoid this subway at all costs. They don’t take the coupons you get in the mail. They are always out of chips. They have a maximum on one worker working. Bread is overcooked. Total shit show.

The sandwiches are always good, but you are going to be there awhile. Everyone orders several sandwiches; they never have more two people working....can you say SLOW!!!

I was in yesterday and the place was filthy. The counter around the cash register had dust and dirt everywhere. The counter where the vegetables was dirty. Spilled food all over the place. I will drive across town to avoid this place.

People only write bad reviews when something negative happens. But this subway is probably the best so far in Clarksville. The ladies are always friendly and usually welcoming. I come here maybe at least once a week and don’t really have any issues. The only thing I see that needs improvement is urgency (like taking 2-3 customers ant a time to reduce the line)
and switching out gloves between transactions (handling money/touching the monitor screen).

Floors and tables were dirty, various cup sizes / lids were out of stock, very limited drink and chip selections, staff was not friendly or helpful. I will drive out of my way to go to a different location before ever stopping by this one again. Save yourself the hassle and do the same.

I use to go to this Subway 1x per week when done my grocery shopping. I always dined in. The help was friendly and helpful. They went under new management a few months ago and after my first visit, I stopped going. The new management was hard to understand and made me feel like I suddenly wasn't speaking clearly. He didn't understand anything I said so I had to repeat myself several times. My order was same as always. It took awhile and another person to help make my lunch. I ate it and left. Annoyed for sure. So I waited several months to go back hoping for improvement. The place was in desperate need of cleaning!
They weren't neat and orderly like they used to be. I got a 6" club sub. However no bacon was put on it- its a ingredient listed on the sign. Ok. So no bacon. Went to get some napkins as none in bag and was told to go get at drink station. The drink station was a mess. Sticky spills, napkins tossed in a pile on the counter. None of the bins holding straws etc were filled or neat. How difficult is it to wipe down a counter and refill bins? I took several napkins back to My table to wash n dry it. Anything that touched the table, I tossed out. Cold water doesn't kill germs.
There were 3 people that I saw behind the counter. 1 working 2 others I guess observing? They should have been cleaning Something! The glass was covered with many handprints. The veggies were surrounded by dropped veg in and around the holding bins. There were wrappers sitting near the toaster that had been used but not tossed out. The floor, which I noticed while sitting there eating, was filthy. There was trash on it, under tables and along the food prep case. It was just plain dirty. Everywhere.
Meanwhile a girl was sitting at a table with people gabbing though she had a subway vest on. She was sitting when I arrived and still sitting when I left. Management perhaps? Other customers were doing same thing I did. Looking for clean tables and cleaning their own.
This is one of two of the subways in town I have noticed that have gone quickly downhill since getting New Management. The 2nd one is on Dover Crossing. Both cutting back on meats and cheeses, lack of cleaning anything - board of health needs to stop in- bring them
a broom, a mop, some disinfectant in a spray bottle for tables and seats. And glass cleaner.
Sango Walmart needs to find a different company to put where Subway is. Asap.

Terrible customer service. Made an online order and the order was not fulfilled, they did not have any of the toppings correct on my order and refused to provide me a refund on my order. Shameful!!!

I go to this location often and my order has gotten messed up a couple times but that’s not so much what bothers me most. I typically order the sandwich online and when I show up 10 minutes later and wait an additional 10-15 minutes it’s not usually finished. I think management needs to step up.

Where is a supervisor or manager! This is the worst subway I have ever been in. Been there twice now hoping the first time was just a fluke. Nope it sucks. They don’t keep the line well stock. The are always out of some kinda bread. Veggie bins are too cold all have freezer burn. The employee was trying to give me some wet brown lettuce she was scraping from the bottom when there was a whole new container next to her. The male employee had his pants so low when he turned around you could see his butt in his boxers. Probably need to pull those pants up while working in food services. But I don’t blame these teens or young adults. Where is the owner a manager a supervisor to fix this mess.
