I've been in here multiple times and today was the worst customer service by far. The worker, if you could call him that, would not get off the phone long enough to actually hear and pay attention to the order I was actually placing. He messed up my order and did not even hear me when I tried to correct him because he would not stop talking to the person that was on the phone. His own personal cell phone might I add. And if, by some chance, a manager actually ends up reading this and cares enough to check up on it, my date and time of service is 5/19/2025 at 5:28 p.m.

The older lady here has a serious attitude issue. Multiple times I have gone to pick up orders and she is really rude for no reason. I will no longer go to this location!

my friend and i came in. my friend ordered her sandwich. i was about to order mine and a couple came in behind me. i was literally standing where you order at. my friend was about to add her other toppings. the lady working completely ignored me even though i was ready to order and asked them “ what can i get for you “. i simply walked out because ??? i hadn’t ate all day and my emotions were too over the roof it ruined my whole appetite.

The meat to vegetable ratio is awful may as well order a veggie.only person who has good customer service skills is the manager.she great.
There's never anyone at this location, or when there is it's one person and it's like 20-30 minute wait.Don't waste your time here, go to the one down the street on wilma.

No idea how there's only one review. This is the best subway I've been to. The ladies in there know how to make a sandwich and the place is always clean. I go here often and I quit going to subway for the longest time because they were all trash and it always looked like the sandwich got sat on or something. Not here! Always perfect.

Ms. Carol W and Ms. Troy have shown the most professional and kind customer service I have seen in the food industry in a very long time!Not only did they greet me as soon as I walked in, they took pride in their work, and we’re friendly to each person that walked in after me. And on top of that my salad was amazing!Thank you ladies!!
