Only one employee working! (So he's getting the 5 stars for service) To handle everything!! He did apologize multiple times to customers for the wait. He was trying to prepare customer orders online orders & bake bread & cookies at the same time. Veggie trays were almost empty (10:50 am), none were prepped. Lettuce was brown. This wasn't the first time he was put in this situation according to the employee, but he handled the rush easily!! Makes an excellent sandwich! This location is always lacking fresh food, or any food at all!! Always out of something! Dont get a fountain drink. Horrible!! Never enough employees! It needs new management or even ownership at this point!

Always out of everything no point of ordering on the app when your still waiting forever for a sandwich with 2 out of 10 things you may want on it service was very bland and nonchalant didn’t try to make things better or accommodate for lack of supplies nor wait

Ordered on the app for pick up. I was given the food & no one informed me they were out of cookies I had ordered (at 6pm on a Saturday). They let me come back in & pay for a bag of chips separately because my husband changed his mind - still said nothing. I almost left but thought to check the bag & came back in to ask how we can correct the missing cookies since I paid (they can’t refund) and they’re out. Offered me a bag of chips… 😒 after I already paid for one…Also only had 4 flavor of the least popular flavors. I settled to take 2 fountain drinks I didn’t want. I get home & the bread is hard & about burnt. Now I’ve had an upset stomach since eating it… will be taking a break from this location.

They are always out of different things. The last 4 times in 2 months, they were out of stuff and wasn't aware until half way done making our sandwiches. Paying full price for sandwiches with half the ingredients is getting pretty old!!!
This location all of a sudden doesn't take subway coupons. They said it was from corporate. Tell me how I live down the street from them and receive the coupons via mail and they want accept them. Also, why offer products if you are out. Definitely do not recommend this location.
