This place sucks. Worst Subway I’ve ever been in. Two grown men ‘trying’ to make simple food. Major communication issues as very little English is understood. Closest to my house and I am avoiding it like the plague. Which you’ll probably catch eating there.

All the workers spoke almost 0 English which would usually be fine but they messed up my order so many times I just gave up and left with what they made. If you're not able to communicate atleast be able to make a dang sandwich. $28 down the drain.

Good food and good service but something bothered me when I was in there, you got 4 grown men in there in perfect shape able to do things without an issue, yet they had the one older woman working there on her hands and knees bent over cleaning under the counters..I don’t know the whole story maybe she volunteered, but I personally think that one of the many capable young men there can be doing that. Other than that it was quick and good food

This used to be my favorite subway. The service and food has definitely gone downhill the last couple months. Ony last visit tried to use a free 6" sub punchcard from that store with no expiration date and they would not honor it.

What has happened to this place!! 3weeks ago my order was delicious. This week it's horrible! Bread hard from over cooking, fillings cut in half if not by 2/3rds, workers are not friendly. No familiar faces! I don't know who's idea it was to change this place but you have lost a regular customer! I'm sure you will lose more in the coming weeks if it stays like it is now. Might as well close the doors. I will make my own subs. Smh.
Very disrespectful young lady working tonight at the Dover Crossing location in Clarksville, TN that found it necessary to conduct a FaceTime video conversation while my wife and daughter were trying to place our order to go. To beat it all she was talking about a job interview at another business. Needless to say it was very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!! This location will get no more of our business!! ????????????

I purchased two footlong sandwiches. I didn't realize that one bread was half the size than the other one. I never saw a skinny bread like this one in my life. We are regular customers for years. I wasn't paying attention because all the people were so nice and talked the whole time.
Everyone must pay attention when they take bread out from the warmer.

Me and my son had a fantastic experience at this Subway location today! The staff were incredibly outgoing, friendly, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. They went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. My sandwich was made perfectly and tasted amazing—fresh ingredients and just the right amount of everything. This is definitely one of the best Subway experiences I've had, and I'll be coming back again for sure!

By far the most mentally challenged subway Ive been to, had to ask what kind a of bread 9 grain whole was, asked for lite mayo and she put normal mayo even though I told her that was the wrong one. The sandwich looked abused and stepped on by the time it got time to wrap it up. Everybody in there definitely did not want to be there and it reflected in the quality of service.

I came In today to use a free sub coupon this store gave me last month because they messed up my past order’s. Mind you that this coupon was not expired nor used before this attempt. The worker called her manager multiple times and had no answer and had me waiting in line for 10 mins looking embarrassed in front of everyone. She then told me there is nothing she can do. Instead of making a decision to honor the coupon, the food will now be thrown away and they turned down a customer that comes here for lunch at least once a week. I will no longer be eating my lunches here.

I always go to this subway and the people are normally very nice. Today @11:05 am 3/28/ 2024 people were rude and disrespected and didn't acknowledge my presents such as Hello I will be with you. Once I said something the African American lady said give us a minute! As she was making others' sandwiches she was throwing the meat on customers'' sandwiches. I will not be back unless I see the nice workers there.

The app said my order was ready at 6:30. When I got to the store, my order was still being prepared and I waited an extra 30 or so. The subs we ordered from here tonight were just horrible. All the kid subs were wrong, the two six inch were not as requested. One of the footlongs sub roll seemed dried out before toasted it seemed like and the other footlong was wrong and just didn't taste right at all.
