This is by far the worst subway ever. They cheat you when you order online or through app especially if you use a deal. They do carry out customer request either. I always get my sub cut in four because I don't eat it all in one setting and this store NEVER does it. Never ordering here again, this is the third time I've asked for a four cut and 50% more meat and not get either one and the woman in there has a real bad energy, I don't want her near anything that is going to go in my body

Ordered through the app 2/27 and I can assume they hate anyone getting a deal since they don't accept coupons. Still paid ten dollars for a double meat sandwich that had less meat than the standard would. Will not return. Absolutely unacceptable. To add insult to injury the staff was not pleasant and were going on about how I didn't tip in the app ? I would have asked for it back if I had.

Avoid this place at all costs . If you order in the app and use a deal they SCREW you. I got one piece of turkey, 1 piece of ham and a few broken crumbs of roast beef on each half of my footlong. The people working here are knowingly skimping on the meat and when I asked them about it they straight up lied and said that’s normal. No it’s not. I get this sandwich all the time and know how much meat comes on it. She laid the slices flat instead of folding them and didn’t put the right amount. They also cut meatballs in half and only got 3 whole meatballs and 4 halves of a meatball on the footlong meatball. The guy at the counter got all nervous and acted like he couldn’t even understand anything anymore and the woman glared at me. She knows she is skimping on the meat. I’ll be calling corporate about them cause who knows how many people they are scamming.

I’m going to be honest here, I don’t ever do reviews on a place, but this subway has ruined all subways for me. Not only the atmosphere when you go in, no one is friendly. But the main thing is the fact that every time I go here, the bread is always so hard like it’s yesterday’s bread. If I’m paying double the amount of a sandwich whose campaign add used to be “$5 footings” I at least expect the bread to be made that day. The bad part is that they probably don’t look at these reviews, so they will never fix it or change whatever they are doing. But maybe I can help at least one person save their money or bring their money to a place where their food will actually be good.

Order a sandwich meat on the sandwich was completely cold. Bread was old and hard politely asked for it to be remade man behind counter was rude, and then took everything off of the bread and proceeded to use the old bread to make a new sandwich.

The new owners are very nice. Although they are super cheap and it shows. We bought one of the subs that is supposed to weigh over 3lbs. It had 9 very small pieces of meat, this is the new super meats Italian. We ordered 7 different subs. All of them were thin and barely anything on them. None of the subs had cheese, extra spinach had 4 leaves. Seriously this was just bread. I spent so much one for 7 pieces of bread. They are not following ingredients spec or amounts at all. Stay away. I wish this was letting me share pictures right now. It was almost as if they opened all the sandwiches through the ingredients in the air, and whatever landed is what you got.

All I wanted was a sandwich, it says the hours of operation is 8:30-9pm. I came to the door at 8:36 and the man just looked at me with an attitude mopping, didn’t bother to say anything and kept the door locked as I waited a few more minutes. If your not open just say that.
Tirth was A really efficient and thoughrough Food Service Professional who had great understand and treated my family to our meal with excellent hospitality. I would recommend eating hear to anyone. Clean cost worth health food.
