Super unprofessional and told me it was a doordash support issue, even though they could easily list their availabile products on the app correctly or report out of stock options.

We pulled up at 8:45 pm and the employee turned off the open sign when they saw us. They don't close for another 45 minutes. Thats a disgrace. Companies are supposed to uphold there hours.

Me and my mom went in a few weeks ago just to get some sandwiches so he proceeds to pay my mom out still using the gloves that he used to make our sandwich. Then he went to touch my sandwich and I told him do not touch my sandwich with your gloves on you just touch money that’s cross contamination, he gave me a stare, and I gave one right back to him until he washes his hands and put on some new gloves. And then today I went to get soup. Something told me to go to Dover Crossing, but this one’s by my house no soup so I end up going to the Dover Crossing and got some soup this crazy.

ZERO STARS. I ordered a ham and cheese sub & salad. The guy proceeded to put not even half a serving of ham on the sub. The salad barely had any lettuce and then when I asked for ranch he gave me packets. Keep in mind on the counter was two full bottles of ranch. Clearly labeled and clearly full. When I told him no I want regular ranch on my salad he told me I need fat free because I’m too big. I was so livid. Most disrespectful experience I ever had in a restaurant.

Very disappointing experience for an establishment I’ve been giving business to for well over 15 yrs. Obviously management has changed, several of your vegetable options were unavailable for starters, should’ve left then, but, when presenting my SUBWAY coupon for my 3 subs, I was told, “We do not accept those here”. Well wow! Ok then. Thanks to all who made this a great sub shop in the past. I will obviously be going elsewhere from now on.
Ordered a steak sandwich with Italian herbs bread. Received a mayo sandwich with hardly any meat. No cheese. Wrong bread. You get a voice-mail after two rings, saying the mailbox is full. Not even edible.

This Subway does not honor the promo codes that are nationwide. I realize this is a choice of the individual franchise owner, but darn, you don't find this out on the app till it is time to pay. I ordered three sandwiches and two that were supposed to be hot, were NOT. The third one had no cheese as ordered. Pretty bummed how they can ruin dinner and charge so much to do it. When I went to pick up the order, curbside, I called the store and the phone number did not work, honking did not work, finally asked a customer that was leaving to let them know I was waiting for my order. Never again! Never!

Stopped in to use my coupon I just received and they were rude and wouldn’t honor it. Looks like it is under new management. Will not be back. Went to the one at Dover Crossing. Couple of really nice boy took care of me. Made a beautiful sandwich and accepted my coupon.

These guys never change gloves when they prepare food. They literally would touch bread, oven handles, bacon, cheese, paper bags, everything. I don’t eat pork, and they would touch bacon, and then proceed making my order, without changing gloves. They work with same gloves in all orders. That’s disgusting! After each order you must change gloves. I didn’t even order, just walked out.
