I ordered on the app so I can grab it and head back to work. I ordered 2 sandwiches for a coworker and I. I ordered ahead and chose curbside as an easier option to head back to work. I waited 20+ minutes for them and decided to just go in and see why it was taking forever. They weren’t busy at all. Very disappointed… workers were absolutely rude with no apologies for the wait. I showed them that it was curbside and they said “We were busy” so 1 car besides mine in the parking lot is busy? When I returned I had to apologize to my coworker and explain they had our order sitting in the back the entire time and told me to just come in… Definitely NOT coming back to this location!

Ordered subway on the subway app and they didn’t not include my drinks - when I called the location, the first agent hung up on me after the telling me “he didn’t know what I wanted from him” then I had to call back and spoke with someone who refused to let me speak with a manager - even though my order was delivered they wanted me to drive in to the location to get my drinks instead of just refunding. There is no area for complaints in the site and the store employees just hang up you. So posting my experience on here and with BBB.

When I want in there today, it smell like burning when you walk in. That's was unexpected plus they was laughing. I asked them what was burning, and they said they burning something that what they told me.

This particular location refuses to honor coupons that they send directly to me. The coupon clearly states any two foot.Long sandwiches for $6.99 When you arrive at the store, they have a list up the sandwiches you can order. That's not what it says on the coupon. Old school date and switch. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she became very belligerent. They have lost our business.

Went in at 720 pm to be told the lobby was closed for the night even though they don't close till 930pm the people inside working smelled like weed and armpits and we're very unpleasant and rude and they were out of most toppings and told us they had no more to put out I used to come here often and this time it put a bad taste in my mouth I will not be returning due to the customer service and laziness of there employees
Little guy at front use same gloves to prep my food,service the window , use cashier and pretty much do everything except change gloves , vegetables was super dry like from few days ago,definitely now coming back

The vegetables are fresh, the store was clean except the tea and soda top area. I didn’t get welcomed in and the bread wasn’t fresh I didn’t get my sandwich toasted so I wasn’t expecting my bread to be hard.
Whoever was working on 01/07/2025. Between 5:30 and 6 p.m. should be fired. My sandwich looked stepped on and was missing ingredients.
