We went to the subway in the mall off Wilma and the owner accepted my friends coupon, but refused my own, even though it was valid. They tried to give my friend trouble saying that they have to override coupons. But when it came time for me to order, they refused my coupon. So we called this location who said they accept coupons. When we arrived, the gal at the counter knew it was I who called, as she was already laying out 3 pieces of parchment paper to start my order. A+ for the attention to detail and being on it before I even really walked in. Her and the other 2 gentleman working with her were extremely friendly and amusing to talk with. They swiftly made our orders and accepted my coupon as agreed on the phone. I happily made sure I could have them break my $20 so I could leave them all a tip. I appreciate customer service like that! Thanks guys! We’ll be back!

We have had multiple issues with this store,from ordering online and them telling us that we didnt order from that store.To coming in to order food and them complaining and being rude about the amount of food ordered and whatis being put on each sub. Overall the employees are rude and the food has been wrong constantly.

Very unprofessional staff. They closed 20 mins prior to 9pm. We were told NO. and the girl laughed while walking away cleaning. Change your posted hours if you guys are gonna close at 840pm.
If I could give a negative I would told the sandwich maker that they were making the wrong sandwich 3x and she still messed it up. They didn't know the menu or how to make a salad couldn't answer any question about the menu. Food was ok but service was terrible, then to top it off, I got a 12 inch when I ordered a 6 in salad was just a hassle won't ever go back

The young man who waited on me acted like he didn't want to be there. He wasn't a very friendly and outgoing person. He should show more enthusiasm in his position since he greets and serves customers.

today i came to get a sub for dinner, i love getting them from subway but today was not it…. found hair in my sub, also asked for extra mayo but they put ranch on it and the ranch taste like it was watered down bad! today wasn’t a good experience hopefully next time will be better!!

The closing time is advertised as 9PM but for some reason the store closes at 8:30PM. That’s poor management and the workers even ignore you when you try to get their attention.

I work down the road and frequent this subway a few times a week, my experience today was very disappointing. Footlong Cali turkey club had two flat pieces of turkey on one side and three on the other, I could see she was concealing the amount and quickly put bacon over it. My question... what does one gain from only serving half of the portion paid for? I simply showed a worker... clarified what it was supposed to have on it, and asked for the extra pieces to put on my sandwich. The girl laughed and proceeded to talk about me. Not sure if she knew I was still there, but she was clearly not worried about correcting her error. I have known her manager for many years and been a happy customer until today... I will be contacting her.
This is about as good as it gets for subway! They did my sandwich right.
