The guy behind the counter never acknowledged me patiently waiting to order. He then proceeded to shut everything down and turn the lights off. It was 7:30pm! I guess he was done working for the evening. Well I guess I am done going to that subway. I learned my lesson... convenience is not worth the sacrifice of customer service. I will stick with the subway just down Madison St.

Wow. Words can't describe how rude the gentleman was. Upon entering he doesn't look at me but shouts a warm hello and I thought it was for me. Confused, I said hi! Turns out it was to someone just walking around Walmart he knew. He then looks at me, gives a dirty look and wipes his smile away and asks what I want as if I offended him by coming into the store. I order a sandwich and the entire time he is making smart comments about how it's weird to get veggies on my sandwich. Every question had a snarky comment after it and he kept getting angrier and angrier. I thought he was joking at first but he was being serious with his comments apparently. When I still wanted the veggies he literally grimaced, made an extremely angry face and started putting the veggies on one by one. The entire time he is glancing up at me shooting the dirtiest lowered eyebrow look at me repeatedly. I am standing here absolutely baffled at this point as to why this guy is so angry? No explanation or anything? I was under the impression the veggies were part of the subway experience but I was wrong. He charged me for the veggies and when I asked why, he said the sandwich didn't have veggies in the picture. I asked for clarity and ended up having to forfeit my sandwich after the 15 min long fiasco of him screaming at me trying to explain why he charged me for cheese AND veggies for a meatball footlong. I didn't mind paying, but after being screamed at I didn't necessarily think he wanted me to have that sandwich. At the end of the day, another employee had to intervene as the guy just walked off angrily and started ignoring me as I was standing there so confused. This made me very angry. I walked away with a footlong with ONLY meatballs and bread. That's right, I was refused veggies AND cheese as part of my sub. And paid $7 for it. They just threw the other one away. All that fuss for it to go in the garbage. Wild. I've never had an experience like this and I don't really ever write reviews. This was a traumatizing experience all for just trying to get some veggies on my sandwich. It's not about the money or the charge, it's the employees judgemental and rude attitude. I asked for a manager and was told they don't have one? Absolutely ridiculous. All they have to do is make a sandwich and explain when things will cost more. I had no clue subway didn't give veggies with their sandwiches anymore. I will 100% not even be going to this subway. This used to be my favorite location. I've never dealt with that man before and won't again. It's a shame I have to still go to that Walmart as I don't even want to walk by that place. It was that bad of an experience.

We placed a mobile order and showed up 10 minutes later just to have to wait 20 more minutes for them to start our order. There was one gentleman serving a lengthy line by himself while another man walked around sweeping up nothing and then preceded to load up empty boxes and take them outside. He did however keep reminding the man that was working his butt off to make our sandwiches in between all of the other people he was helping. I feel really sorry for the man working by himself.

Employees cleaning 30 mins early and got pissed that I wanted to order a sub. and started chanting some weird stuff at me. I had no clue what he was saying. Made me feel very weird and kept asking me what I wanted when I said just a second. Never coming back here again. 1st and last time.

Very skimpy on the toppings. I think they even count the meatballs out. Definitely have been to better subways. I knew I should have stopped at the other one. Go to the deli at Walmart and get your moneys worth. X this place

It's inside Walmart, yet not as packed as you might think because of its location. The service is great, but their is a tiny bit of a language barrier. Their are 9 tables with 30 chairs and two benches. It's a bit outdated but kept pretty clean.

First off, $7 for a 6" flatbread sandwich with maybe a $1.50 worth of ingredients. Staff was hard to understand. The sandwich tasted fine, but was absolutely not worth $7. People are better off spending $15-20 on ingredients in walmart to make a weeks worth or more than purchase from subway.

Honestly the food wasn’t terrible and the guy that made our food was nice to US. What bothered us is the way he talked to his coworker, blatantly rude and disrespectful right in front of multiple customers. It made us feel super uncomfortable…. We will not be back if we see that he is

I used to work at this subway, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. They tax your tips, which is illegal. Also if you quit (with communication) they will completely withhold your tips from you, even though they were already earned. The manager at this location likes to bully employees. I also feel like she encourages employees to handle food in a way that is unacceptable, so eating here may not be very safe either. At one time this was a great place to work, but they seem to be in it for the money now. Also check your receipts, they are overcharging you.
