When you place an order and ask for adjustments though, they will absolutely charge you for it, but then don’t give you the extras. It’s every time I’ve gone here.

Tried to give this taco bell several tries, they take absolutely forever. Waited over 30 mins for just a luxe box, a burrito and a few tacos. They don't ever get the order correct. Tonight I asked for light sauce on a quesadilla, and it was completely saturated to the point it bled through the packaging and it stuck to the food. And the food was cold. After being Asked to wait for them to being it out. Something needs to be done about this place. Big time.

July 22, 2025 After being turned away at Kelly's Diner, I wanna thank God that we then went to Taco Bell and I swear whomever made our dang tacos put their FOOT in it. Turned out to be good that Kelly's didn't want us. Whoever made our tacos cooks with LOVE. I've been here before and it was fine but tonight was far better than just fine. Kudos and whoever you are, THANKS.

Drive through: Used my points for free fiesta potatoes; they never gave me them, forgot one of my burritos, the one I did receive was cold.
Every time I stop at this location when the store near me is close they never get my order right. Lady in the drive trough rang it up correctly but the kitchen dosnt read there screen and screws my shit up every time. How hard is it to not put lettuce on tacos or sour cream on burritos.
