Can’t make any of the items correct. Cheesy rice and bean burrito? They’ll never give you rice with them. Steak grilled cheese burrito? You’ll never get steak, only beef but charged for the price of steak. Spicy potato soft taco? They’ll forget the sauce. Fiesta potato bowl? Half the time we order here they never even put it in the bag and gotta come back through the drive through. Absolute worst Taco Bell in Clarksville.

I was very disappointed with new Slow Roasted Cheesy Dipping Burritos. They were very small for the price I paid for them. Also, the Grilled Cheese burrito was smaller than the last time I bought one.

Parking was easy. I enjoyed sitting at the high-top table. On this visit, we received drink cups soon after ordering. Thanks. The receipt that you sent to my phone doesn't show my gift card balance. Perhaps I should order at the counter (instead of kiosk) so that I can know my gift card balance.

The food is great The service was okay it's kind of hard to hear on the speaker but overall it was Taco Bell and it was fast food. I do miss the sporks Can y'all please bring back those they were easier to eat our food with. I don't normally eat with a fork anyway Only when I have to fork something and most Taco Bell food is not forked just like the salads or the bowls but you still need a spoon for that so Please bring back the sporks Thank you.
I ordered through the app and went to pick up my food. I was told it was for delivery and someone picked it up. The lady wouldn't listen to me and verify it was the same order. I checked in and had a pick-up code. When I looked at the tracker, it was still in progress and wasn't even made yet. Horrible customer service.

I've never had a worse experience with food service, and I won't be coming here ever again. The worker was rude both times. Oh well, it happens, no biggie. But when I got home, my order was just missing an item... yeah, no thanks. One star.
