Worst experience ever. I ordered an online order...two crunchy tacos that were soggy and torn apart, rolled tacos that were smaller then my hand, the loaded nachos that came with brown guacamole, and my gordita that was soft and brittle. To top it off they forgot my sauces.

Chicken Quesadilla was put together alright. but everytime order a Cheesy Gordita Crunch it's literally slopped together like a 5yr old made it. thats how this place has been for years. obviously it's a management and training proble, no wonder this Taco Bell is hands down -5 stars

They have horrible customer service I asked for my nacho fries fresh and they just drop already cooked fries in grease and gave them to me with no seasoning so ofc I went to go get new one’s and the manager tells me that they were fresh and just came up yeah okay but look at the difference tho

Night Shift are great people, friendly, funny and always make great food. Just like any fast food or restaurant they might make a mistake but they truly feed all late nighters here in Clarksville. Shondra I think is her name she has cute gold locks is a Mvp with Eli who looks like Q off impractical jokers lol. They probably get tired of me but i cant wait to get out of the gym and get my tacobell protein on.Thank you and your team for the great work you do! Night shift you rock... also day shift always treats me good to. NIGHT SHIFT you complete me I hope you get a raise cause you deserve it :) see you soon . They gave me nacho fries that taste like they’ve been there for hours. Also when I was ordering the guy at the drive thru was very rude and cutting me off. I asked about the caramel apple empanada and apparently they don’t sell those anymore but it’s still on the menu and he was just very rude when I asked about them. I work in customer service and this is not how you should treat your guest. Work on your customer service.

0 in everything I’d give zero stars if I could but everything we asked for was wrong and not done in a swift manner I understand how most fast food is indeed not “fast” anymore because no one cares about their job anymore and people are so lazy this Taco Bell needs to figure it out from service, to atmosphere and to the disgusting food and the disrespect of ALL the employees would you want to eat something that looks like this? And when you asked for no sour cream haha better yet get told you are getting defensive at the window because you went to get yet another one because it was wrong haha oh well I got another one it’s just insane how you spend 20 dollars on food and they can never make it right 😂 and they make more than me now ain’t that something personally I think this location should be checked for some serious issues but hey I don’t know nothing😂

40 people waiting in the lobby for doordash and kiosk orders no one paying attention. I have never in my life waited over half an hour for fast food. Just plain terrible management. Not on the employees but managers need to train better.

I go there all the time at night and I sometimes get greeted by this young lady kinda tall as hell and occasionally a shorter guy who is extremely nice and funny he is usually making food by himself he said is no big deal but he got my food out in timely fashion and was taking care of other customers I asked him his name but he declined to anwser which is understandable just said it was frank as a joke, but you need more like him.
