Typical Taco Bell. Nothing special. Basically decent pseudo-Mexican. Last drive through visit, I pre-ordered with the TB app. Requested two packets of sauce. Received 35 packets. Makes me sad to throw away food.

Have never gone here and had my order come out good. Either the freeze machine is down, their product is not good, or are slow and mess up your food. Honestly you would be better off spending the time going to the Wilma Rudolph location because they don’t mess up your food, the food is always hot and fresh, and they seem like they actually care to do good job there. Do not waste your time coming to this location!

I enjoyed the meal i had here, and it was quiet. The employees wete very busy but I noticed that they were still very friendly. This particular location, in my opinion, is one of the better Taco bells you could find and is definitely the better one in clarksville.

Whoever if bagging the food needs to be watched over or fired it’s getting to a point, there’s no reason my taco should be empty and the extra cheese i PAID for isn’t in the bag, mind you wasn’t a big order it was 3 things. Need new staff ASAP

Whoever had answered the phone this morning on november 2, was extremely rude for no reason. I had called, got hung up on then called again, no hello, no nothing and asked a simple question if they had served breakfast here and i got “no we’re not even open yet” rude, unacceptable behavior. do better with who answers the phone!

Went inside ordered take out, waited for our order, about 10 minutes, which was fine, but the food is cold!!! How is that possible, the Nacho Fries are stone cold!!!! And the chicken burrito is a joke!

The champagne were hard as a rock ordered the fries and not even 10 fries I paid over 30 for everything and it was inedible will never return to this location on madison street horrible not happy at all corporate needs to be notified
