By far consistently the worst Taco Bell I have ever ordered from. The beans are always dry each time we order them. Tonight half of my chicken quesadilla didn’t even have chicken or cheese in it. Ordered sauces were not included and hot sauces were not included either. When we called it was met with aggression and didn’t take any accountability.

I waited 30 minutes while two employees stood around and the other 3 worked on orders. No apologies offered for the long wait. Kitchen extremely dirty. Team moving orders out extremely disorganized. Then I was given attitude because I had the audacity to ask if my water bottle was in the bag. Worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had.

This establishment care none for door dashers and mobile order making people wait 30 minutes to an hour for their food it’s sad and just down right rude yall get paid weather the food is made or not taking this long to make food take money out of doordashers pockets this needs to be fixed

Order some food and my nacho fries were old and cold. I calmly walked in and told the staff can I have swim fresh hot fries the white fit with golds in his mouth instantly said yes I just dropped some fresh hot ones . Problem solved so the black guy who had the mic on was just staring a whole in me so I spoke and he smartly said is there a problem even tho the problem was taken care of I told him twice my fries were cold and waiting on fresh ones. He shook his head and mumbled something under his breath. I didn’t need see the need for him to do that all. I’m the customer and it’s not my fault the staff served cold fries but the other guy gave me my fresh hot fries. He made me feel like I did something wrong. People need to stop acting like they own the restaurant

First review ever because it was that bad. First ordered delivery. When it arrived more than half of my order, 4 things, were missing. I called and they blamed door dash although the bag was sealed shut and told me I had to pick it up. They then gave me a bag of random things, none my order. When I took it inside, I waited 10 minutes and handed her my receipt. she argued it was in the bag I had handed her. I told her she is welcome to look. She then said she got confused and walked to the back and insinuated to another worker that I said more stuff was missing than true. Took them 25 minutes to get it out. All while the staff cussed each other out and ignored people coming in. I listened to multiple other complaints of missing items in the drive through. All to be too scared to eat the food after watching them 🙂

We got there around 7:30 on a Friday night and started walking in behind 2 employees that had just taken trash to the dumpster. One had disposable gloves on. When we walked inside, before placing an order, I watched to see if the gloved employee would wash his hands and change his gloves. He did not and immediately went back to preparing orders with the same gloves he'd taken the trash out with. We left immediately and won't be back.
The food was hot and great and service of getting our food was very quick but the person on drive thru sounded like they were sleep

Whoever made my burritos 5/12/25 @10:35 is truly a baller. Used to burritos flat as hell but these ones were actually full and had all the right ingredients. Give them a raise!

wish I could give these hoe bags -10 stars. Forgot all my sauces even the upcharge ones like 3 nacho cheese and 2 queso dips. My steak,pico crunchwrap had no steak and only tomato’s not even pico. Fmu nasty and rude too

Taco Bell has been raising their game! The food has been delish the past few times I've eaten there. It seems to be much better with dine-in vs take-out.
