Can we just talk about the art?! Ok so it was our first time going to eat at a Taco Bell and the kids all loved it. The food was fresh , the drinks were amazing and the atmosphere was seriously worth going inside. Quit eating in your car. Go inside! I could actually chill here to do art on my iPad or write. I did not see outlets (I looked) so co.e fully charged. But definitely a vibe for music, art and writing.The bathrooms were surprisingly pleasant and not a thing from horror-sci-fi. If bathroom matters matter to you - I could hang here.Vegetarian options: You can order anything fresco! Go check out their fresco menu options which actually make their food better than many Mexican restaurants by time you have gone fresco. You can seriously eat healthier than the burger joints by checking out fresco and even have your order waiting for you when you show up to eat. Pick up and dine in to not deal with order pressure and decision fatigue.

I called the phone to let them know that they forgot 4 of my items. Lacey answered and was extremely rude. She not only accused me of saying I was lying but told me if I wanted any of the food I had to bring my receipt so I showed up there with my receipt. It was Lacey who took my recipet and complained about how much food they had to make. it was all simple items. i am truly confused why i was being treated like this.

Made a mobile order to save time, get to the restaurant, the drive thru has about 7 cars in it. Wait in the drive thru for over 15 minutes without moving. Ended up parking and going inside, stood in the lobby for several minutes with no one helping me. Had to flag a worker down and get them to start my order. There are 5 workers and a completely empty lobby and they’re making food incredibly slow. I finally receive my order and it’s completely wrong. It’s now been well over half an hour and I’m still standing here empty handed waiting on my food. Meanwhile another gentleman is standing waiting to get his order taken and they’re ignoring him. He’s had to ask multiple times if someone can take his order….received my order a second time, missing an item and no sauce like I asked for. All these young men working here need some hustle and training. There’s no reason they should be this backed up at 7:30 PM with an empty restaurant. They’re in here just completely chilling with zero sense of urgency. Getting orders completely wrong. And have no sense of customer service. -10/10 experience tonight and I frequent this location.

Picked up a mobile order from Drive thru, and the order was mostly complete. They only forgot a few items.
The staff is pretty lethargic and seemed annoyed to have to work. Not very friendly, and pretty dirty inside.

A lot faster and cheaper then other nearby Tacobells. In the afternoon around lunchtime the lines get longer and at peak times may take 20 minutes to get food but it's about a dollar off each burrito compared to the other taco bells nearby. It's location, a little off from the interstate and right next the the mall, provides an easy access to the store.
This is the best Taco Bell in Clarksville. Food is well put together and fresh. Decided to update to five stars because everything has been amazing 5+ times. Nothing missed.
