Came on my lunch break from working in filthy homes only to find out restroom was closed due to a door lock sticking(2min fix)? There is nowhere for people to wash their hands, yet the lobby is full of people eating. Disgusting. Had to go to KFC just to wash my hands so I could start to eat my food I purchased from Taco Bell. Should’ve just eaten at KFC where they care about sanitation. Only reason for 2 stars was the customer service was actually pretty decent. Bottom line is I could not even eat my food at this restaurant due to unsanitary conditions lol. And how are the workers washing their hands, I wonder?

This is the 3rd time I have submitted an order at this location and item(s) were missing! I also blame the Delivery person because they DID NOT verify all of my drinks were there . In baseball, 3 strikes your out! I will not be patroning this location anymore.

I've been in here for 7 minutes already. I've been ignored the whole time. And I've already ordered on the kiosk. No one has acknowledged me or taking my money. And I can see both lines making the food. No one has started my order yet.
UPDATE: 10/09 I just called to make sure that my order would be the way that I placed it, because clearly I've had problems in the past. I was hung up on. Disgusting

The food is fresh, you order by yourself on the machine, then proceed to the counter. There are plugs to charge phones. I just had a small bowl, and a Taco box. I would recommend this restaurant.
