food is always fresh and superb. however, i visit this location once every few months, and every time i visit, at least one item is left out of my order. i don’t believe this is intentional, but it is saddening to return home and an integral piece of my family’s meal is missing. the few times i have caught it before driving off, they always provide the item that was left out.

I visited this location around 8pm on 7/24/2025. The lady at the window didn't acknowledge me at all. Was talking to other associates while taking my payment and handing my food. The soft taco meat looks old. I would choose the Madison St location over this one.

Fast food employees are probably the meanest people to exist. This Taco Bell makes food poorly on purpose. Every time I come here they make the food impossible to eat. Ordered a chicken cantina bowl with extra avocado ranch because they hardly ever put any on but they see the word “extra” and get dramatic with it. They put so much on that the bowl was flooding with it. Couldn’t even eat the bowl. It was a dramatic doing and whoever made the bowl knows that they did. I didn’t say “extra, extra, extra, extra” sauce. You guys were being mean and petty and you know it. Get a new job if you aren’t happy in your life and stop ruining people’s food that we have to pay for.

My mom went there and of course the menu is constantly changing. So she was having a hard time finding her item and the lady yelled at her. I get people have bad days but you have a job to do. It takes nothing to be kind.

Every time I go, the people are either basically silent or just rude. They mess up my orders, nine times out of 10 by either forgetting something or something else they always just throw the food sloppily in the bag today I ordered two of the craving boxes and in one of them, I got an order of the cinnamon twist and three of the cinnamon twist were just randomly in the bag instead of in one of the boxes. It always feels disgusting eating from here overall an awful experience. They also took forever making my food. I would understand it being sloppy or slow if they were busy, but they were literally dead. This last time I went.
I ordered the taco supreme combo, mild sauce. What I got was regular tacos with a few pieces of cheese on every one of them,I didn't know cheese was so scarce or expensive. Why don't they put on a decent amount of cheese. Well that ruined my dinner expectations last night. I guess taco bell is going to be off list of places to get some Mexican food. Especially this taco bell! Damn shame!

From the time it took me to pull up to the drive thru speaker to the time I moved forward it took me literally 10 minutes. The person on the speaker didn't speak to me for the first 5 minutes. There was only 1 person in front of me so it wasn't like he was serving a bunch of people before me. The other half of the time was broken up waiting for him to speak. When he did speak he was laughing with laughter in the background which leads me to assume they were playing around instead of doing their job. When I got to the window he was laughing and yelling instead of taking my card or taking the order of the car behind me. When he finally tended to me he tried to give me a drink that wasn't mine. Overall bad experience. Will only be using the Wilma Rudolph Taco Bell from now on. Much better service.
