Most nasty Taco Bell I have ever been in. The dining room tables all had stuff on them and were nasty the food was not great as well. The drink station had no ice and was also filthy. The bathroom was unthinkably disgusting. I honestly can’t believe this location is still operating. Will never be back.

We had a long wait at the service window which normally means the food will be warm. Today's that was not the case. We had 2 cheesy roll ups that not only were ice cold, the cheesy wasn't even melted. It's like they didn't even try

I am sitting at the drive thru as I type this. It is Saturday, October 25th, 2025. It is 2:44 am and after waiting on 2 cars in front of me, the restaurant is ignoring me at the speaker. It is 2:46 as i publish this. It is my sincere hope that the franchise owner sees this. The restaurant is supposed to close at 3am.

This review is only for Christina working the drive thru on night shift 10/05/25. I left a review for her on 09/09/25 but I think I left it for the wrong location. She is THE BEST employee. In a post covid world, customer service is a lost art, but she never misses a beat. I only go to this location, and it’s only because of her.

So I go there two times a week for my lunch break and while I was there I heard the manager laughing saying to the other employee that they like spitting on people’s food. When you order the nachos you get a big Luggy the cheese.

If you like your food cold and soggy, this is the place. My quesadilla had clearly been sitting for hours. And how are chalupas cold?! They’re fried. At least attempt to keep them warm. Skip this place! Or order inside so you can throw it back at them.

food is always fresh and superb. however, i visit this location once every few months, and every time i visit, at least one item is left out of my order. i don’t believe this is intentional, but it is saddening to return home and an integral piece of my family’s meal is missing. the few times i have caught it before driving off, they always provide the item that was left out.

I visited this location around 8pm on 7/24/2025. The lady at the window didn't acknowledge me at all. Was talking to other associates while taking my payment and handing my food. The soft taco meat looks old. I would choose the Madison St location over this one.

Fast food employees are probably the meanest people to exist. This Taco Bell makes food poorly on purpose. Every time I come here they make the food impossible to eat. Ordered a chicken cantina bowl with extra avocado ranch because they hardly ever put any on but they see the word “extra” and get dramatic with it. They put so much on that the bowl was flooding with it. Couldn’t even eat the bowl. It was a dramatic doing and whoever made the bowl knows that they did. I didn’t say “extra, extra, extra, extra” sauce. You guys were being mean and petty and you know it. Get a new job if you aren’t happy in your life and stop ruining people’s food that we have to pay for.
