Every time I go, the people are either basically silent or just rude. They mess up my orders, nine times out of 10 by either forgetting something or something else they always just throw the food sloppily in the bag today I ordered two of the craving boxes and in one of them, I got an order of the cinnamon twist and three of the cinnamon twist were just randomly in the bag instead of in one of the boxes. It always feels disgusting eating from here overall an awful experience. They also took forever making my food. I would understand it being sloppy or slow if they were busy, but they were literally dead. This last time I went.

I ordered the taco supreme combo, mild sauce. What I got was regular tacos with a few pieces of cheese on every one of them,I didn't know cheese was so scarce or expensive. Why don't they put on a decent amount of cheese. Well that ruined my dinner expectations last night. I guess taco bell is going to be off list of places to get some Mexican food. Especially this taco bell! Damn shame!

From the time it took me to pull up to the drive thru speaker to the time I moved forward it took me literally 10 minutes. The person on the speaker didn't speak to me for the first 5 minutes. There was only 1 person in front of me so it wasn't like he was serving a bunch of people before me. The other half of the time was broken up waiting for him to speak. When he did speak he was laughing with laughter in the background which leads me to assume they were playing around instead of doing their job. When I got to the window he was laughing and yelling instead of taking my card or taking the order of the car behind me. When he finally tended to me he tried to give me a drink that wasn't mine. Overall bad experience. Will only be using the Wilma Rudolph Taco Bell from now on. Much better service.

tried picking up a 3rd party order and waited 15 minutes past the expected time only to say they haven't started it yet when at the beginning they said it's being worked on. They have 1 person making Togo orders and multiple other ppl pounding out drive thru orders. Shouldn't take Togo orders if you can't get them done on time.

The staff was phenomenal but that little sliver of meat you put in the tacos is ridiculous this is one of those Pinch A Penny lose a dime moments because I will never be back to your location pretty much a $2 cheese and lettuce taco and I know it's not your staff it's you as a business owner because 90% of the other taco Bells don't do that

Driver through lady is extremely rude purposely give out a meat Sandwich with no toppings talk to manager Eric he was extremely unprofessional did not even try to remake the food offer to do a refund but was not taking the situation seriously definitely can tell no one wants to work at nite so why waste your time first shift is on top of things don’t understand why nite crew is so unprofessional at a fast food restaurant also sat in drive through 8mins before even being able to take a order while being the only car in line

Specifically asked for my order to NOT be messy. I was asked to pull up and they would bring my order to me. I had to get out of my car to go find it and then it was in a bag and not the box. I also had to go in and get what was missing. OMG! Thrill was completely lost at this point

This is a really great site. Customer service is wonderful. Today there was an accident right in front of the building. The workers here are definitely saddened by this. They still managed to keep customers happy. Keep up the good work everyone. Prayers going out for all this affected. Godspeed.
